First I went in with only a couple of questions and felt so comfortable making my full purchase in store which I never do. it was all thanks to Edia and Jay. They were so wonderful and helpful in my purchases and explaining everything I had questions for. In return I was able to get my husband a phone and so many extras for me and the kids. I hope they both see this and know how appreciative I am for this visit and looking forward to future shopping ventures. Extra thanks from my little boy to Edia for helping put on his new smart watch.

I came in with some family members and the associate, Will, handled us and our needs. He was extremely kind and very patient. We were very satisfied and would recommend any friends and family to that location, in Rome NY.

T-mobile as a company gets 5 stars, I have been with them for 14 yrs straight no issues.This "Authorized Retailer" aka "Franchise" store located on Erie Blvd W. is another story. Around early February I walked in this store at about 7 pm with my son, the sales person at the time "Reggie" was busy playing on his phone when I approached and he seemed to really be bothered that we were there.I explained to him I just wanted to buy an iPhone 14 full retail out the door no discounts or services needed I will activaye and transfer phones myself. Reggie proceeds to get the phone and tells me if I want my existing number on the new phone he has to activate it in store. That was a lie.So, I paid full price for the phone plus a $35 activation fee which I was never told about until it was time to pay. Well, 3 hrs later and the phone still wasn't activated, I had to do it myself as I originally planned with customer service on the phone later that night.Jump to today, I needed a warranty replacement on a phone, after my last visit at this location I didn't want to deal with this store again, so I dealt straight with customer care on my phone. I was instructed to take the phone to a retail store for them to conduct tmobiles warranty inspection and note it on my account whether the phone was covered under warranty then call them back.The phone was still covered by the warranty, and they noted that on my account, but then proceeded to call T-mobile to have the phone shipped to their store. As I'm hearing this as the calls on speakerphone, I said "I didn't want that, I'm having it shipped to my home" . Good ole "Reggie" the same person from the first visit who was again "helping" me stated "You have to have it shipped to the store so we activate it". I was over the lies, and I denied that and told him to hang up the phone and I walked out.5 minutes later I called customer care and finished my transaction with them. Afterwards I filed a complaint about the shady practices they are doing at this "authorized retailer". Total cost to have my phone replaced via warranty on the phone was $5 for a warranty processing fee, meanwhile the store was trying to charge $35 activation fee.If you need genuine T-mobile help and service that isn't based on how much money they can make on you, go the the real Corporate T-mobile store located in Onieda.

Reggie was extremely knowledgeable and hospitable. He has a wonderful personality. Reggie saved us a lot of money and time. We had a great experience working with Reggie.

Excellent service transferred 3 lines over from At&t for me all numbers were ported and data transferred without issue, even stayed 2 hours after closing just to make sure everything was perfect. Thank you Edia for everything you were great.

The manger at the T mobil store in Rome NY is garbage he is rude a jerk and just down right not a good person at all he should not be the store manger and the fact that he just wants to screw you out of whatever money he can get from you terrible experience

Went in tonight with a customer service issue and Rob the BEST T-Mobile MEMBER EVER‼️ Helped me get my issue fixed. Recommend 100%. He is very patient and put a new screen protector on for me that came out 10 out of 10.Thank you so much Rob❤️

My husband and I have been loyal T-Mobile customers for many years. We have always praised the customer service of this company. We have been going to the Rome NY store as needed since they opened and have always had a great experience. I went yesterday to upgrade my iPhone 11pro Max to the 14pro Max. I was greeted by the assistant manager Rob, with a smile. Rob really listened to what I was looking for, and he went above and beyond to help me get the right phone and right plan for my husband and I. He didn’t try to pressure me into purchasing anything, but he explained everything and the benefits of our new plan in great detail. He showed true kindness, patience and compassion for me as a senior citizen and that was much appreciated. And, he also followed up with me today to make sure I liked my phone and everything was good! My husband and I use all of Tmobile’s phone and internet services and we will be Tmobile customers for life.

I would like to thank Anthony, from the Rome store, for making a dreaded task into such a pleasant experience. He was professional, courteous and very informative with the plan and all its perks. He made me feel grateful for choosing T-mobile for my provider. T-mobile should be proud and appreciative to have someone like Anthony to represent their company, I know that I am.

Went into T-Mobile to switch services from Verizon. Anthony helped me out with everything! He was very polite and explained everything to me in detail to a T. He was very helpful, also helped me get T-Mobile home internet and I was having trouble setting it up at home and I called the store and he walked me through it! Highly recommend working with Anthony at the Rome location! He even called me after hours to make sure everything was working properly for me!

We wanted to switch our internet provider from Verizon, a hotspot that was pathetic, to TMobile. Anthony explained the plans, helped us decide which was best for us and helped with an iPhone trade-in for my husband.Anthony went above and beyond when he followed up with a phone call to us at night to see if my husband’s phone was all set.We are now completely with TMobile, phone and internet, and delighted to cut ties with Verizon.We appreciated Anthony’s professionalism and friendly, helpful service and will recommend the Rome TMobile business to others.
