I received a box of antiques that must have been set on the floor of a wet truck. It was a disaster. The following day the scheduled delivery just did come. I saw a ups truck drive by my remote location and just keep going. You want to charge me $7.00 to pickup up packages? I paid shipping and handling already. Sorry about the long driveway. Do your job.

337 3489 The direct number without the need for the 1 800 number.Ordered a grooming item and driver released it on some strangers porch in a different city. Called the next day the driver retrieved the package and delivered it to the correct address the next day. Package was opened and retaped. There is no way i could keep the item because of this, completely gross. Called again and neither the person at the desk or the manager would assist or take responsibility.They are inconsiderate, rude and don't care. They want you to call the 1 800 number but you can call them directly at 337 3489. This is a number they purposely hide from the public for years because they don't want extra work. Enjoy. Thank you for being so useless Rome UPS :)

If I could give this zero stars I would. First of all why in the world can you not get ahold of a real person? The Rome ups is full of low life’s. How are you going to steal my package. Claim it’s at the access point when I’m reality it’s not. The tracking number states it was dropped of 2 separate times? How is that possible? The. Once I put in a claim for lost package it is updated the package was refused and being sent back to the shipper. Absolute blasphemy. You think a 600$ package would be handled with at least at little more security.

I would like to thank the UPS driver on rt 49 nearCleveland who delivered my package on Monday October 5th for putting the packages on my porch so they couldn't be seen by porch pirates as far as I'm concerned he went out of his way to do this thank you so much

This is literally the third time. At Christmas it scanned as never left their facility. A week later someone said it was delivered in morrisville (45 minutes away) they left it on my porch. Thank you good samaritan. Two weeks ago my vacuum was delivered two doors down. Thank god for good neighbors. And today it said both my packages were delivered. Well I have been home all day and I did receive two packages. BUT NOT FROM YOU. one from United States post office and the other from FedEx. So what do I do now? Because whenever I call you pass the buck to someone else like you never had it. When it was clearly scanned by you. ?
