We had a wonderful experience with Upstate Auto Gallery! We recently purchased a car, and the owner was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. The vehicle we bought is perfect for my kids, and we couldn’t be happier with it. It’s such a relief to find an honest car dealer who truly worked hard to make sure we were taken care of. Do not do business with these people, many other dealerships you can do business with. They blame all there problems on the customer, they take no responsibility at all, they take advantage of people anytime they can. Again do not do business with with dealerships, go somewhere else!

My family and I have purchased multiple vehicles from Scott and Maryann over the last decade, their family owned business makes you feel right at home. There’s no pressure to buy, they understand people need time to make decisions. that’s what really hooked me after our first buy. That and the fact that Scott has always taken care of us during a sale and after. I most recently purchased a new body style Denali to upgrade from my last one. Always the same easy, no hassle process. I can’t thank them enough for being our go to for vehicles for the last 10+ years!

Couldn’t be happier with the process here. From the moment I walked in to driving away in our new to us, 2015 suburban, just 2 days later. They really went above and beyond to get my wife the vehicle she needed in our time frame before we had to leave for a trip. Great family to have worked with!

We're very happy with Upstate Auto Gallery, and will definitely browse their inventory the next we need a used vehicle (hopefully not for a while, but we'll remember!). The entire process was transparent and very low-pressure. When we said we weren't ready to make a decision, there was no pressure at all, and they let us know that we could, but were under no obligation to, make a non-refundable holding deposit. We chose not too, but came back in a few days and decided to purchase the vehicle after all. Upstate Auto Gallery helped us navigate a small loan with a local credit union, and made sure everything was ready to go with the vehicle.
We did notice a few minor things that made it through the pre-sale inspection, but nothing major. (Just a fuse that needed replacing, a less frequently used light, and a license plate light.) When I let them know, they immediately said I could bring it and they'd take care of all of them. I don't mind changing bulbs or fuses, so I took care of that myself, and they happily reimbursed me (with receipts) for the parts, even though they had no obligation to.
I'd definitely come back next time I'm in the market.

The owner wanted to argue with me about my truck said I had no idea what I was talking about even when he told me his so called mechanics already fixed the front end and he took it after so he had no idea what the truck felt like when I brought it in and got mad when he took it for a drive and ran all the gas out of the truck told me I was inconveniencing him because he had to stop and get gas and thought I was going to let him pay for that and gave me he’ll for that I would not recommend this dealership at all really wish I couldn’t give them a rating at all the owner can’t get out of his own way and there is better options elsewhere

Hands down, one of the nicest families to deal with. I cannot say enough good things about them. Randomly, I saw a truck that I fell in love with and in no time, I was driving it home. Communication was amazing, price was great, and their integrity is second to none! Definitely the best experience i have ever had

I was in need of a vehicle and had a small budget to work with. Upstate Auto Gallery showed me all of the vehicles that I was interested in. They set me up with a test drive in the ones that most interested me. I was able to get a reliable truck at a reasonable price. I would recommend Upstate Auto Gallery.
