I’m so very upset I never do this type of thing but usually our packages come around 9-10 am and it’s 1 pm and they still aren’t here, I needed the package and now I’m gonna have to leave my house without cause I have plans:( cannot rely on them they can’t even answer the phone

If the clerk is a young person dont bother cause they dont want you to take up their time they need to get back to their phones
