United States Postal Service

Post Offices , Shipping Centers
Hours: The United States Postal Service (USPS) provides reliable mail and package delivery services to millions of addresses across the country. At the local Post Office located at 110 E Garden St, customers can access walk-in passport services and experience a commitment to secure and affordable delivery. However, there are mixed reviews about the service quality. Some customers express frustration over mail misdelivery, stating they frequently receive mail for previous residents, even after informing USPS. While many appreciate the helpfulness of the staff, there are concerns about the performance of substitute postal workers, which can lead to delays or missed deliveries. Additionally, some customers have noted issues with younger clerks seeming disengaged. Despite these challenges, many customers enjoy the convenience of the USPS app for tracking mail. Overall, while USPS aims to deliver a positive experience, inconsistencies in service and communication can sometimes affect customer satisfaction.
