“Well let me tell you a little example of human decency from the young man who worked at the store on April 29th, 2025, between 4p-7:30p.

The cashier was a boy no older than 16 and most likely the son of the owner. This young man helped us in what would be a very sad night for my family.

Tornado like winds, rain & hail hit the area just as this young man had helped us with a charger for our cellphones, in order to arrange the Uber , to get out of this nasty storms way & did I mention we had our family pets with us on this horrible trek across town to just plug a phone in for a few minutes.

But he was the only one in Rome, NY who actually saw we needed help , he was able to do so, so he did. One other person, a young female, driving down the road did yell out to ask if we needed help, which of course we wouldn't put on her...

But I just wanted Rome, NY to know this is a good story with honest , hard working people, better not hear of any theft going on.
