The summer camp is not ideal. Looks like they are in need of some help. New supplies, location, more staff, more rooms for children. They have way too many children and not the ideal space for them. I would not recommend at all! Children playing outside with what seems to be a broken fence( which is not an ideal system, any young child can brake, as it is some kind of mesh)

I go here every week day around 5:30a.m. and it's run down but do for a face lift. Although I don't agree with how they treat their employees at times they are very nice!

I have had memberships in several area gyms and even out state working as a travel nurse. I joined at oneida facility originally but I will say the friendliness and kindness of the staff at this facility is exceptional and consistent. The friendly hello from staff and williness to go to any measure to be helpful. The instructors actually makes it a point to know your name which is so personal. It's shows in faces of the members who generally look happy and always say hello in passing. Keep up the good work your are appreciated and make a difference.

This has always checked all my boxes. A great selection of group fitness classes. Weights and workout equipment for non class workouts. Pool. Sauna and steam room. Plus child care while you use the facilities. Plus they offer kids swim, basketball and other lessons.

If I could rate a zero I would my husbands' 146 dollar nike air monarchs were stolen and so was my son's red white and blue towel with his name reazoner on it and they need to refund my money and they are responsible for the stolen items they were in a locked locker that THEY cleaned ! Do not ever leave your stuff here if you go! Absolutely ridiculous my husband saved money for 6 months to buy himself shoes because we are currently on d cash assistance waiting for disability to finally get sneakers to have them stolen due to the ymca negligence is so upsetting we can not afford this at all who steals from poor people let alone anyone

Almost everybody but the old guy maybe the janitor? Is nice . And it’s not right that you have to pay 10$ just to sit there and WATCH YOUR KIDS THAT YOU PAID FOR AS WELL TO PLAY . Lol what a joke . When I go to places I don’t pay for myself if I’m not eating or partaking in the activity but leave it up to them and then when I ask them why is that I got a bogus answer that’s why that ymca will only ever be old people that’s the people they attract. And mind you my son is 12 years old he could have stayed by himself but I wanted to watch and record him a little before I left and had to pay 10 bucks …. They really need to update their policies . That’s not our fault you can’t keep track of who comes in and out of your doors .

Don’t offer a YMCA open house if you have to have a ID or mention that part before trying to attend open house! Why would you need my license if i am not a member? I thought all i would have to do is sign something but nope have to have some sort of ID to attend open house? I didn’t want to have my wallet on me for someone to steal out of my purse while not looking common sense. Now my child and i couldn’t come check out what the YMCA has to offer because i didn’t have something with my photo ID on me.

I am not a member of the Y, but I was considering becoming one- not anymore. My son, 15 months old, loves the water. I had planned on signing us up for swim classes and "testing the waters", maybe becoming a member if we both enjoyed it. However, just trying to sign up was a nightmare. The staff all told me different things, no one knew if/when I could sign up- but they all wanted my $95. I explained that I was not comfortable paying for the class if I couldn't get a straight answer as to whether or not there was "room" for us to participate, especially considering their NO REFUND policy. I was told I would receive a phone call to clarify. No one called. Very disappointed.

Was in Rome for a day visit and wanted to get a quick workout in. Everything is old and old looking(the entire building). The cardio room has no AC and only a single fan running. It was not very motivating to be there so stayed for only a 1/2 hour. Staff seems pleasant though.
