Could not recommend these guys enough. Jordan has been stellar to work with, always accommodating, and when there is a question with a cut sheet rather than assume anything he calls to double check. We have been selling freezer beef for about 5 years and are in the process of moving all of our business to Finger Lakes. If mistakes ever are made Jordan is always willing to fix it and make things right, and since we do that for our customers it’s fantastic to have a butcher that does the same for his customers. Best in the area hands down!

I took a 150 doe in... First time in 20 years I let a butcher process my deer...I used to process deer with my brothers and have cut up 100's n 100's of deer...I got home and sorted the meat....No roasts!,,, look like they cut tenderloin in half n called it two....had a total of 47 lbs. Of meat but 25 lbs... was sausage...Would NEVER! trust them again!Terrible! Don't go there....They did send me a refund.

Would not recommend these guys whatsoever to cut up venison I took a deer to them during the 2020 deer season first the guy that help me unload the deer was very arrogant I told them exactly what I wanted and I filled it out and I specifically asked them not to use a lot of salt I would have to say this is the worst venison Burger I have ever had in my life it tastes like a whole entire bag of salt was dumped into the grind I would never recommend these guys on to dear Larry's for me

Apparently under new management. Get a call 4 days before dropping off 8 pigs that they would be unable to smoke any bacon and ham. First problem, if that's not a major one. Next , They now apparently only use a blue bag for all the sausages, so at a glance you can not tell if the orders right. You would have to litterly read the label on each one. After paying 1700 bill for cut and wrap, I get home to find out I got all pork belly instead of the hot sausage I clearly marked on the cut sheet. I will not be going back.

My feezer burned out. Almost lost everything, then these gems showed up. 3 years later, not a crystal in the bag! Love these guys! A true staple here in the finger lakes!
