This was my second time here because a nail/screw in my tire that was causing it to lose air. I was taken care of right away and given 2 options on how to fix it. I was informed on how to know when my tires are filled with enough air going forward. The gentleman who helped me was very kind and helpful, not pushy at all. We had a conversation about my oil changes at Walmart that I was unhappy with, so I will be coming here in the future 😊

I went here on a Saturday to get my exterior looked and I had an amazing experience. Everyone was incredibly kind and they did the upmost best work on my car. Cant sing their praises enough, thank you guys!

This place is FANTASTIC! The best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop. I was able to make my appointment online and my car was inspected promptly with no wait. The owner was a really nice guy and even installed my front license plate for me. I would 100% recommend!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Called to ask if I could drop off car for inspection and was told no problem. Half hour later pulled up to drop off car and was given the run around about how he just miraculously booked 7 cars in front of me and had no way to get it done today. Waste of time and no apologies like it didn't bother him at all. Wish I could give a zero star review - absolutely pathetic customer service.
EDIT: So now not only are they absolutely the worst customer service provider I've seen, they are LIARS. They responded I came 3 hrs later. Attached is the screenshot of my call log showing a call to your shop at 11:36 AM. I pulled away from your shop at 12:24 PM. The timestamp of the original review was before 1:00 PM all on the same day. It was less than 50 minutes from when I first called, was turned away, and drive home to leave a review. So you're dishonest and terrible at math??? No wonder there are all these complaints about you overcharging people.

I was having an isue where the VSA & engine light will show up while driving the car (Code P2138), when that happened it will not go faster that 25 mph and will not acelerate properly. I explain my issue and told him that I'd purchased the new APP Sensor. He was about to close but didn't refused to help me. He was able to replace the sensor and fix the car in not time. Also they did a test drive to make sure it was driving correctly.
The issue is now gone and the staff was very gentle. Thank up, you got yourself a new costomer, RECOMMENDED!.
