DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS STORE. Christian is employed here pretending to be the manager of this store. He lied to my husband and I about upgrading our phones and receiving an Apple Watch for 99 cents a month. We specifically asked him what the catch was and he said nothing. We get home and there’s tons of charges on our bill. After a week of back and forth and being ignored, my husband went into the store when Christian himself said he would be there. Surprise! He wasn’t. They sent my husband all over Suffolk counter looking for this kid who was no where to be found, while we have a 3 month old baby at home. Truly a disgusting way to treat a customer. The actual owner of this store does not respond to calls of issues from customers either. Still waiting for my 105 dollar refund from a phone we did not receive. This store is a scam. Go to the corporate office in smith town. They do not deserve any business.

This isnt really an AT&T store. Its more like an art installation posing as a store. The lights are on, tvs are on...theres even objects on desks to look like its staffed. If you decide to go especially during the posted business hours it will be closed. Even the door has hours posted that isnt real! It looks so much like a business I got tricked into thinking it was a real store. So clever.

NEVER GO TO THIS STORE. This store is a franchise and not a corporate store. I’ve been going back and fourth with corporate because the franchise store scammed me when upgrading my phone, they added an Apple Watch to my account I never asked for nor received. They also told me I could trade in my old phone and I did and they never removed it from my account and they continue charging me.

Do not use this store!My bill is not even close to what they had described, they loaded my account with every single option I declined when in store. Make matters worse, they tried to credit someone elses account for my trade in’s. I only found this out after complaints about my bill had been discussed with escalations. They are not a corporate store and should never handle trade ins.

WENT TO THE AT@T STORE ON Portion Road in Centereach to upgrade my phone was a great experience the salesmanHAMI WAS GREAT. MADE IT A PLEASANT UPGRADE AND TRIED HIS HARDEST TO GIVE YOU THE BEST DEAL HE CAN GET YOU I RECOMMEND THAT STORE TO EVERYBODY.

I went to several different AT&T and Bilal was the only one able to figure out what was wrong with my phone, everyone else tried selling me a new phone & switching out my SIM card. I recommend this location highly and the customer services Bilal provides!!! He’s WONDERFUL! 1000/10! ???

This place is TERRIBLE! No one ever opens the store on time. I consistently see long lines of people waiting at the door wondering when the person is going to open the door. I am a food delivery person, so I sit and wait for orders. One time I sat amd watched an elderly man wait for over an hour. SAD. Don't open a business if you can't show up on time!
