I've been with Capital One for 5 years and have had 0 problems with my accounts,and 0 problems with my 4 credit cards. The interest rate is good for a savings account at the moment.

I went there with many questions and issues regarding multiple accounts, new checks, direct deposits, online accounts and bank cards. One by one the bank officer took care of everything.
