I have been a customer of many banks. On one visit, I was told that they are an online bank and today I was told that notorization was not a banking service. Obviously, customer service isn't either. Do you think they might staff with the client in mind? Twenty minutes waiting in line to deposit a check on Saturday is unacceptable.

I had deposited 4 check on ATM machine but money wasn't deposited on account. I asked them help me but stuff didn't help me I have account with capital one bank since 2004.

I went to the Ronkonkoma branch on Friday to make an international wire transfer. I specifically told her that it was an international wire to Japan. The teller told me it can be done on the app at home. I went home and was not able to do it because only domestic wire transfers can be done on the app/website. What a wonderful, uneducated teller. Went back the next day and the same teller told me she couldn’t do the wire transfer for me and I’d have to come back a third day in a row and speak to someone else before 3PM. This is super inconvenient since there are limited branches in my area and I need to drive miles away for this. Capital One is the only bank that requires you to be present at a certain time to make international wires. People have jobs and can’t just show up at certain times of the day to accommodate the bank. I’m able to do international wire transfers any day/time of the week with my other banks from their app at home. I’m closing all of my capital one accounts. It’s no wonder why all these branches are closing. Poor customer service and behind the pack in innovation and convenience.

I've been with Capital One for 5 years and have had 0 problems with my accounts,and 0 problems with my 4 credit cards. The interest rate is good for a savings account at the moment.

I went there with many questions and issues regarding multiple accounts, new checks, direct deposits, online accounts and bank cards. One by one the bank officer took care of everything. To say I am happy would be an understatement, things are running very smoothly and there are no problems. Thank You !!

It's a bank. Parking lot is clean and so is the building. I didn't have any interactions with the folks that work there to give an opinion. Atm machines work! Lol I will say that it is not inside another building. It stands alone as a capital one building. So you can't miss it!

The service attitude of this bank is terrible, I think I can give them zero negative reviews! I took my mother to this bank to open an account on Monday. My mother is 65 years old and doesn't know how to surf the Internet! When we went in, they told me the account opening was only online, and the staff sat at the desk and didn't even touch her computer! I tried to turn on my mobile phone to open an account, but I didn't know how to proceed in some places. The lady didn't mean to help, and she watched me operate, and didn't give me any improvement or help! When I was halfway through, I opted out, and I don't want to continue with an account here! ! I don't know how to complain to the lady that day, she was so arrogant! All I want to do now is get my account off from here!

Customer service is horrible. They can not even follow directions on how you want to do your banking. A bank manager needs to be in place or something to satisfy the customers after all it is our money!

Recently I went to Capital One for a CD Business transaction. I was assisted by Paul and Joanna who were knowledgeable, persistent and efficient while working with the back office through the details. Thankfully Capital One has some pretty terrific employees at this location!

They have closed 3 locations near me in Nesconset, NY and are closing other locations as well. Seems they only want to be an online bank. What reall blew my mind was this: I went into the bank in Lake Grove, NY to get a crisp $50 bill for my granddaughter. Waited over 15 minutes due to long line and few tellers. Gave the teller two 20’s and a 10 and asked for a fifty. She told me I had to give her my bank card and proof of identity in order to give me the fifty. REALLY? Told her and the manager how ridiculous this was and pointed out that the Chase bank nearby gave me a $100 bill for 10 10’s, nothing needed and I am not even a customer of that bank. Bank card and ID to get a 50 for 2 20’s and a 10? Absurd doesn’t even say it. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.
