Clear River was phenomenal. Sewer was backing up, we called Clear River, they had someone on site right away to assess the issue. James was their field representative, very professional, and knowledgeable. He completed the septic system maintenance, backfilled the area and left everything neat and clean. Would highly recommend this company.

I had an excellent experience with Clear River Environmental Service. This was my first time getting my septic system cleaned since purchasing my home, and I wasn’t sure what to expect. Their technician, Jake, was awesome from start to finish. He was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable.
Jake took the time to answer all my questions and explain how my septic system works in a way that was easy to understand. As a first-time homeowner with a septic, that meant a lot. The service was efficient, thorough, and left me feeling confident about how to properly maintain everything moving forward.

To say that I am happy with the service provided by Clear River Environmental and the work performed by Jason would be an understatement. i’ve had a historically rocky relationship with plumbers in the past, so it always gives me a bit of anxiety when I have to call one, but from the first conversation with the young lady that called me till the completion of the job this company was professional, communicative, and a pleasure to work with. When there was a slight hiccup, Rob came back out the next day to ensure everything was working properly. Clear River Environmental are the best. My cesspool collapsed and in less than 24 hours I have a new septic system. Jaun, Jaime. Alex and Manny are some of the most skilled professionals I’ve ever seen. They took great care, left my sprinkler lines easily accessible as well as carefully cutting out the one piece of the walk so that I can access it later. The price was extremely fair and the service was second to none. If you ever have an issue plumbing or sewage related, do yourself a favor and call Clean River! Thanks again!!!

I had a waste line backup due to a root system growing through the line. Not fun. Not fun, at all. But, with the wonderful service and care that John, Charlie, and the crew provided, their efficiency and professionalism made a world of difference during what could have been a much more stressful experience.
Charlie made sure to keep me informed every step of the way, easing any concerns and making the entire process seamless.
So, thank you for having such a dedicated and hardworking team. You are all such a positive service to your company's reputation.

My mother-in-law Marilyn Gilroy used Clear River Environmental to rectify her drainage issues within her house. Bill and Ricardo arrived and quickly assessed the situation. They were both friendly and very knowledgeable . They answered all of her questions and cleared their drains and repaired the part of the lawn they had to disrupt. She would highly recommend this company.
