Nearest other branch locations require pretty long distance travel.HOT tellers!! :-)Online app: Fast, easy log in, user friendly, good format, fast real time posting of most transactions with the exception of electronic direct withdrawals. They take 24-72 hours or longer if a holiday is in effect to post as a pending OR completed withdrawal.Customer service call line: Pretty bad, not intuitive, confusing, difficult to navigate, long wait times, nearly impossible to speak to a live representative. No representatives available after 1:00pm, RIDICULOUS!!24/7/365 live customer service representatives are SOP with almost every other financial institution.”

“I want to say, I went into the branch and talked to someone and we were able to come up with solutions that will work so I don't have to switch banks (which is such a hassle). The woman who sat with us very very helpful and pleasant, and even though they were busy we didn't have to wait long to sit and speak with her. We needed to open another account and were really torn whether to stay with them, but decided to give them another chance since we've been banking with them over 10 years. I'm hopefully optimistic that our issues are addressed and we can keep using TFCU as our bank. If that turns out not to be the case, I'll report back. They treated us like value customers and wanted to help, so that says something. Fingers crossed.”

“Tfcu is a great credit union for everyday banking. They have branches all over the island and they don't overcharge on fees. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because you better not need anything from the call center. There's a minimum of 10 minute wait time no matter when you call and nothing ever gets resolved. They don't call you back and they are not very knowledgeable.”

Don’t believe just me but look to all who enter.Many times they have gone over my expectations when I seek help and advice.Although I truly miss Elaine who is now enjoying retirement, the new branch manager Samantha has stepped up with sterling personalized service, advice and has offered me solutions with many aspects of financial stability.My main complaint of PAFCU is that there is no Fiduciary Financial Planner for members to plan their future as well as members, like myself, who deal with life after leaving the workforce.”
