I can not say enough positive things about Emblem Health Ins. I have used other agencies and agents for health insurance - usually they sign you up and you never hear from them again. I was so surprised to get quarterly check-ins from Ruth and annual rate updates from Emblem Health Ins. Every interaction with the team has been polite, professional, and incredibly helpful. WOW! We are realtors, so they were able to guide us through the process of getting group health insurance with a Chamber of Commerce membership. MUCH better coverage and less expensive than buying it individually on the marketplace. It's a confusing process, so it is such a relief to have this smart team in your court helping with the process.HIGHLY recommend Emblem Health Ins to anyone looking for health insurance options. BEST agency out there!!!

This company needs to reverse course to cover ALL these meds and vitamins that our doctors prescribe, not selectively say "oh that's not an essential," or "oh that's available over the counter you can pay for that yourself." This patient -me- needs a lot.Emblem health has been severely cutting back on what it covers. And it is NOT only me. They sent a mailer earlier this year. I was able to receive two meds no questions asked in March - now suddenly "nope! we wont even hear it"I CANNOT AFFORD otc meds or co-pays. Shape up.

They are by far the worst insurance you could have. They are constantly changing providers, then when you call to confirm they tell you it’s not their problem. Customer service is even worse, they are rude and condescending, even when it comes to admitting they made a mistake. Be careful on out of network providers, they don’t reimburse you for the visits. They will just make excuses on issuing you a check that will never come...
