Garbage. Made the reservation online and an hour before I'm supposed to pick the car up, they call and say its unavailable. I'm glad Matt from this location found this funny, laughing as he told me no car was available. Didn't offer to solve the problem, didn't offer me any kind of credit. Will NEVER rent here again, and have a few a times before. Go somewhere else, plenty of other rental spots at that airport.
Oh and BTW, I have a week long rental booked at the end of the month, cancelling.

When i called up now someone picked up and hung up about 3 times. My husband called 2 times and same. Obviously they don't want to help

The staff at Enterprise in Shirley ,N.Y. went above *& beyond at my time of need. They always meet my expectations, no matter when or where I need them. Mike & John are 2 staff members who stand out the most. I've been an Enterprise customer since 1999. I'm a special needs individual & they always make certain they put me in a vehicle that is comfortable & accommodating for me. Thank you Enterprise for the awesome training & professional, courteous way this office & it's staff handle all my rental needs. Definitely a 5 star location. No thanks. Been through too much and too many issues with these people. Save yourself the trouble and fees they will make up before and after. I spent over 10k for 30 days. Think about that then they had the nerve to tell me I scratched it and smoked in it. Always take video of the before inspection no matter what they say or no matter what insurance you get. Shame on them.

I had a very good experience. With enterprise. Fair price of my rental car and , very good customer service, definitely my favorite place to rent a card . By the way I hope the lady who fell that Day when I picked up the car is in Good health..
