On October 14, 2025, I went to this FedEx location at 5 PM to ask for help and information regarding a package, and I didn’t expect to be mistreated by a woman when I simply came to ask a question. I feel it’s unfair because customers are paying for a service, and it’s not our fault if the person working there brings their personal problems to work.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!! fedex GAVE BUSINESS PACKAGE (WHICH PHOTO ID IS REQUIRED TO RECEIVE) TO A STRANGER!! PM MANAGER BRIDGETTE SAYS WE CANT DO ANYTHING. SECURITY CAN CHECK THE CAMERA TO SEE WHO GOT IT. THAT DOESNT HELP LADY! HOW ABOUT WHY IS THE STAFF NOT CHECKING ID FOR THE PACKAGE LIKE THEYRE SUPPOSED TO. NOW WE HAVE TO EXPLAIN TO OUR EMPLOYEES THAT THE fedex MANAGER AND STAFF IS INCOMPETENT SO YOU HAVE TO WAIT FOR CHECKS TO BE CANCELLED AND MADE OUT AND DELIVERED AGAIN. OH!!! AND HOPEFULLY THEY DON'T GIVE IT TO THE WRONG PERSON AGAIN. PLEASE PROPERLY TRAIN YOUR STAFF fedex!

It's a FedEx Location...
The doors open and close automatically as you walk up to them.
It's heated and air-conditioned, with ample lighting.
AND❗They ship packages all over the United States of America 😉 and internationally (for an extra fee).
Sadly, there is no shipping music.
P.S. They have hand held packaging tape dispensers on the premises. Oh, and a lot of trucks.

May 15/2025 6:15pm I get there, none was at the frontier another costumer arrives and we were waiting together, so a lady show up and ask us normally how can she help us I was there to pick up a failed attempt to delivery, show my ticket and she explained to me that the truck still outside and will not get on time because they close at 7pm and I have to comeback not tomorrow if I miss the delivery again! But the Saturday…I completely it understand but she just turned at the other lady and start to take care of her….i was keeping waiting because i have a question, the lady was there for the same reason to pick up a package, i just ask it if they could hold my package for tomorrow so i can pick up i have not too much time in a business owner and barely have time for my things, she gave me attitude like if I don’t understand what she told me at the first time..like she has noting to do with that stuff and I have to talk with the shipper and people don’t understand that she can’t do anything for us..if you read this review my lady I’ll told you how was supposed to be your answer..(I’m sorry there is nothing I can do to hold your package, but you can talk with your shipper and he can help you to hold it so you can pick it up)… if you don’t feel good at your job just don’t go, cuz my day start at 5am to 6 and have so many problems and never give attitude to costumers. Not recommend FeedEx to anyone.

Changed shipping from Tuesday , to Wednesday back to Tuesday and back to Wednesday. The last time they changed it to Tuesday it said between 12:25-2:25 raced home from work got here at 10:15. During that time they rechanged it to Wednesday. I called to ask what was going on they said they came at 10 and I wasn't here. No note saying sorry we missed you nothing I doubt they even came to the right house. Further more they weren't even supposed to be here until the following day and when it was switched they allegedly came 2 hours early. I checked my shipping status every 20 mins the last 3 days. THEY SUCK, DONT GIVE U RELIABLE UPDATES AND AS FAR AS IM CONCERNED ARE LIARS BECAUSE TYPICALLY WHEN THEY COME NOT ON TIME WITH NOBODY HOME THEY LEAVE A NOTE. 2 DAYS OF WORK MISSED BECAUSE OF THESE HALF WIT LOSER REJECTS!

Wish I could give less then one star . FedEx is the worst . Paid for overnight with a online signature so I didn’t have to be home and guess what ? Oh well need a signature. Damm employees can’t look at the records . Absolutely the worst shipping company ever

This place is the worst, they don't show up on the delivery date, than it changes constantly 1-3 days. The app says you can place it on hold & being processed to a FedEx pick up but when you get to the office they say it's not possible. Ordered hair 3 weeks ago for an appointment booked a month advance and still had to cancel a prepaid hair appt. I wouldn't recommend this location to an enemy.
