They ripe you off on shipping. They do not disclose the shipping cost until after they send you the invoice and say it is shipped. Thieves. IMO they do this on purpose to increase their profits. What a sad way to do a business.

Just called to ask if there was someone that could help me with a gas spring with dampers in it to slow down the extension. I was told no one was there that would know about that but I could fill out a form and they would reach out. Whoever that was on the phone was so not interested in helping me. Embarassing.

I order some specialized hardware from Guden (Camloc cam-stays). I was incredibly annoyed with Guden's order flow process. Guden doesn't provide estimated shipping costs until after you submit your order and they process it, so you're kind of at the mercy of whatever shipping costs they tally up after you click all of the "I acknowledge" and "I agree" boxes....My order was for 6 units for around $60 and when I got the order confirmation my total was $140. I had researched and selected the cheapest shipping method possible of the available shipping methods they listed. I believe it was FedEx Ground....and with another competitor vendor that DID provide shipping estimates, I was expecting a charge of around $11. But I was charged over $70 for shipping. Apparently, my shipping method was changed in error to FedEx 2nd Day Air for $70+.I reached out to Guden support very annoyed and they acknowledged their error and provided excellent customer support and gave me a refund to my CC for the difference in my originally selected shipping method and the 2nd Day Air cost. So they ate the cost and provided great customer service.Other than the strange lack of shipping estimates/costs during checkout, great company to work with!
