Innovative is great! My car was hit when I wasn't in it and scratched/dented the whole right side. I don't know how insurance works lucky to never have to deal with this before but Junior and Bud made it effortless. They drove me to pick up my rental initially and when i picked up my repaired car i left the rental their and they handled it. Once i gave them a claim number they handled all insurance stuff which was a relief. A super nice added bonus was they returned my car back to me detailed inside and out! Very nice added touch. Tremendous customer service all the way around. Highly recommended.

AMAZING service from start to finish! I was in an accident and my car was towed here. They were not only on top of everything, they fought with the insurance company for me to make sure the parts were new and not from a junkyard. I got my car back and you would never know there had been an accident!!

After my accident, Innovative Auto body tool care of everything from dealing with the insurance, to setting up a rental car, which came to me. Their work was exceptional, making my unfortunate situation stress free and had me back in my vehicle in no time. I highly recommend Innovative as they made my experience surprisingly easy.

They are awesome, been taking my Țoyota 2003 4 Runner at least 4 years since the dealerships try to scam me, great prices reliable, trustworthy, guarantee their work. Just wish they had more rental cars.

I had to have my front end replaced through insurance and everyone at Innovative made it so easy to deal with. They had the car for a couple weeks at max and when I picked it up I could tell they handled it with care. I highly highly recommend bringing any auto body repair here and I plan to anytime I need to now!Services: Painting

Since time is a valuable commodity, I very rarely write a review. But in this case, I'm making an exception. Every 5 star review about Innovative Auto is 100% true. They repaired my 2015 Jeep Wrangler Sport (aka my baby) after an accident and made her look better than she did before. But far more importantly, she is running GREAT. It's not always easy to get back into a vehicle after an accident but thanks to the skilled technicians at Innovative, I'm able to drive my Jeep with confidence.
