“Our experience with Robert and his team was excellent. Robert is responsive and always connected with our project. It was wonderful working with his team in his warehouse and in our home. His wife assisted us in choosing the materials for our bathroom remodels, it was very helpful to have her experience guide us and make suggestions. His team took great care not to disrupt the rest of our home during their time working on our bathrooms, putting down sheets and covering their workspace to prevent dust from blowing everywhere. It made a huge difference since my husband and I both work at home. Also, we did not feel like we were living in a construction zone! The result is exactly as we hoped, the tile work is excellent (which from personal observation is rare), we are impressed with the materials used. Very happy to have found Robert and his team!”

“There are absolutely no words that could describe the high level of quality service and professionalism that designer Carol Reitz Butler showed my father and I while helping us plan several bathrooms. During each visit, Carol was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and kind as we grappled with figuring several extensive projects. Several months back, my family and I suffered a terrible house fire that is requiring us to rebuild most of the house. It has been an incredibly stressful and overwhelming process.Without question, Carol made a stressful situation incredibly enjoyable. She took time to listen to all of our ideas and made wonderful suggestions along the way. Carol spent an enormous amount of time going through every single detail with us. We didn’t feel rushed at any point. In fact, Carol even gave us plenty of extra time assuring us that we walked out of the store with a full action plan in the works. “Ten years ago we purchased our entire kitchen from Tricia Collins at Kitchen Depot and they did a great job. Now, the pullout door for the trash bin and drawer front above it were quite worn and dirty.I called Tricia and she said to bring them in. They gave me a new drawer front, and refinished the door, both at NO CHARGE!These people truly know how to keep all their customers happy! Thank you!”
“I came to the sayville location for the first time last week. Had Nicole as my cashier. When I returned home I noticed I lost my licence. Went crazy for days looking for it.
