Each time Kraken has come to tow my Jeep, their driver, Serdar, helped me figure out what my problem was and gave great advice while doing so. Amazing and friendly staff, I would recommend calling if you need them.

Overall great experience though I was nervous about the truck that was sent because it wasn't a flatbed and my suv wouldn't go into neutral but the driver was well prepared, knowledgeable and friendly and soon proved he knew his job. However I did worry about him making it safely to the drop off because there was a lot of fluid from his truck when he left. I would definitely use Kraken Auto without AAA if I needed a row and would definitely recommend them

Brought my car in for an insurance inspection. Took all of 5 minutes,- then the guy said he was sending the report to the insurance company. A month later my policy was automatically cancelled because Kraken never sent the report. I went to a different shop and got it done no problem, just a hassle and an unpleasant surprise to have my insurance cancelled.
