That guy Kenny, at the front desk is the most rudest and disrespectful person I’ve ever met! I will never go back there! I went there and asked how much is a cat for my car?I then asked them if they could take a look at it for me. I then told them please make sure that it’s a carb compliant cat and he says we only go buy the California certification tag that’s under the hood,Then he told me they don’t go by the car compliant cats, and then I asked did you look under my car? And he said, what are you talking about? You came in here for a price?And then embarrasses me in front of everybody saying, I’m almost done with this!I walked out of there in absolute disgust! I could see why your place is Empty Kenny because you’re a rude and disrespectful person that doesn’t know how to talk to people! For that reason you don’t deserve peoples business!

One day while driving home from a doctor appointment that was over an hour away from me, my check engine light randomly came on and immediately started flashing. I lost engine power and wasn’t able to accelerate over 55 mph. I had to right lane it with my hazards on the entire way home. I was worried I was going to cease my engine but was nowhere near a mechanic. I made it home and called at least 5 different places but no appointments for days. I have a 4 month old baby and it was a week before Christmas. You can say I was panicking.I remembered there was a Meineke not even a mile from my house, so I searched for their number and hours. I saw on the site there was an appointment the next morning at 8am. I took it and prayed I would actually make it there. The next morning I dropped my little one off at day care (luckily down the block from me) and drove to the shop at the only speed I was now able to accelerate to, which was 33mph. I pulled in and was greeted by a friendly man whose name eludes me because I was in such a panic. I told him everything that was happening and they put my car up on the lift in a matter of minutes. They showed me how my car had literally no oil, and the little that was in there was black. They explained how it should not be happening with such a new car and the added fact that I was using synthetic oil and not over my service interval.The mechanic asked to drive it around the block after the oil change to see if any other codes came up on the computer. Although the check engine light cleared he told me there were issues with my intake and exhaust valves which may be why I am randomly burning oil. He suggested I look up my cars warranty and if it covered those expensive parts. Of course it didn’t according to the person who answered the phone at the service desk of the dealership. Since the parts had to be ordered, he told me he would only charge me an hour total for labor between today’s visit and whenever the parts come in (which he estimated the next day).That’s when I remembered my dashboard was telling me my headlight was “low” but it probably wasn’t coming up now because it was daylight. I asked if he had the headlight because the people at a different shop said that the light was only available through the dealership. He laughed and said I was lied to probably because that mechanic just didn’t want to be bothered with a $5 job. Good to know.So I left that day with my oil changed and my headlight fixed and a small down payment for the parts they had to order. I was assured my engine power would be returned and I could now drive over 55mph but no long distance until the other parts. Later that day, in the middle of sending my Christmas gifts to my out of state family, I got a call that my parts actually came in early and did I want to come now and have them put in. I would have jumped at the chance but I was too far away and didn’t want to make them have to stay late. So he told me come in first thing tomorrow. I did just that.When I returned the next day there were different people there. Honestly I was worried I was about to get scammed. I’m a woman alone in a mechanic, it happens too often. To my surprise they knew exactly what had to be done. They took my keys right away and got to work. Not even five minutes into me sitting there waiting, one of the guys who was there yesterday actually called the shop on his day off to make sure he clarified what was already done and paid for, and what needed to be done today. While I waited I had a lovely chat with the gentlemen up. My car was done in not even 45 minutes. I paid my balance and was reminded that I should check my oil very frequently these next few months to see if it starts to turn black or burn off again. If it does, he suggested I drive it right to the dealership and demand an explanation because it should not be happening with the fixed parts, amount of mileage, and year.I’ll absolutely be going back to this Meineke and recommend others go too. It was a quick, informative, and friendly set of visits.

Kenny and Singh were both awesome! I was a new customer and stopped in with a flat tire. Singh had it fixed within minutes and I was back to work in no time. I came back the next day for an oil change and as promised, it was done before my lunch break was over. Great guys, great work. Will definitely be back!Services: Tires

Just called and asked about an exhaust job. Asked him to remove 2 mufflers and replace with tips and before I could explain that the car has a third muffler that’s required by law, he told me no and to thank my governor (who I dislike ) and proceeded to hang up. I’ve used these guys several times in the past and always found the counter guy rude but I’ve been around the industry a long time so I’m used to it. This was to far. I know several people that use them and I will be sharing this experience with them.
