A gym that makes you feel like family! Never over crowded and everyone is extremely polite. If you hate fighting over a squat rack and waiting for a treadmill this is the gym for you!
Dave Pomponio is the owner of Platinum Fitness Located in Ronkonkoma, NY. Dave has owned the gym since 1981 when it was Gold’s Gym, recently he chose to change the name to Platinum Fitness while celebrating his 30 year anniversary in the fitness industry.I remember that body building always came easy to me, I loved to train and I love being in the gym. I also love the old school way of body building and training. I just want to help people reach their best body image. I believe to be successful you must be at your facility often, have good employees and provide a fairly priced product. I give back to people and I also give back to the community. If it’s meant to be, it will happen. Also, be honest and fair and everything will be okay.
