Regal Ronkonkoma is a clean and pleasant movie theater with a great overall environment and fewer crowds. The staff is consistently friendly, helpful, polite, and pleasant. Service is quick with short wait times. The theater rooms are clean, without sticky floors. It features a big screen with solid surround sound quality. The seats are comfortable, spacious, and recline, noted as the most comfortable reclining seats. The popcorn is fresh, decent, and good. The app is easy to use and the rewards system is generous. They show older movies at discounted rates. A noted drawback is the high prices for concessions. An accessibility concern is the lack of a tray or small table for wheelchair users to place food and drinks.
Clean, the seats recline, and they are always very pleasant. $70+ was a bit much for a Star Wars Popcorn holder, but these are the times we live in

I saw The Phantom Menace here when it first came out and hadn’t been back since to see Project Hail Mary. The recliners are couches and the noted someone might sit next to me when I was picking my seat. I picked a lower level seat which was kinda weird as every row above me was on a second level.
