I have been a member of this gym for over a year now and I swear to god, the zen den massage chairs are ALWAYS out of service. I pay the higher membership to use this equipment yet for the past year and a half I’ve gotten to use it twice. Every other time it has been broken. I don’t understand why this isn’t an easy fix. Please fix this or give ur members a discount for unusable equipment you pay extra for.

Neither the owner, Courtney, or corporate has reached out.
Went into the gym and was told that the manager Joe was out all day and will not be returning again? They just don't care, nor do they look at the posts
8/22. No response from retro manager, Joe
8/23 was at the gym to find out Joe doesn't work on Saturdays. Him knowing this, made a conscientious decision to avoid calling me. Why would this not hurt the brand?

This gym has become disgusting. I complain daily to the staff that there is no AC in the dead of summer. The owners don't care. Save your money go somewhere else because you cant even breathe working out in this gym. The weights are all in the basement and there is zero air flow or AC on. They are taking everyones money and supplying an unsafe environment.

I have been a member of Retro Fitness in Ronkonkoma for over 7 years now. I am one of the members that comes in during opening (5:00 AM).Cortney opens and she is the best thing to happen to Retro. She is always on time, which is so important to members working out at this time, as we all need to make it on time to their own jobs on time. Cortney is a breath of fresh air first thing in the morning. She always greets with a nice smile and great attitude. She does not perform just as an employee, but she would make an exceptional manager. Cortney always ensures all the paper towels and disinfectant spray bottles are full. She keeps the front desk/ food prep station spotless. Cortney is the reason I rated Retro Ronkonkoma 5 stars.

All of the staff are amazing. Especially Courtney that works in the morning. She also greets the members and goes out of her way for them. Great hire! Gym is very clean. Protein shakes are always made too the highest standard.

Cortney is always attentive to the needs of members and goes above and beyond to help with any questions or concerns. Her energy makes Retro Fitness an even better place to work out. Alongside, I love this retro fitness. So clean, everyone there is so friendly, and a great staff!!!

The staff is extremely friendly and always willing to help. The class instructors, Cathy and Chanelle are friendly, encouraging, and knowledgeable. The facility itself is very clean. Great machine options for workouts!
