I ordered a part in May, now end of July and they still have not shipped the order. I have to hound them to get any response. At this point I’m ready to file a police report for stolen money. At my wits end. Do yourself a favor and buy somewhere else. They don’t care about customers and don’t care to actually fulfill their job!Update, called in again today, took 20 minutes to talk to someone, can’t fulfill my order still. I cancelled my order and are saying up to 30 day refund period.Called my local truck outfitter store, I’ll have the same springs I ordered here tomorrow. Should have just done this months ago! Don’t waste your time with these people. They don’t care and don’t want to care.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE GUYS. Placed an order in which they immediately took the money from my account. Waited a week with no shipping update status. After calling and waiting on hold for over an hour finally contacted someone. Told him I just wanted a refund. Was informed the usual 3 to 5 business days. Two weeks later no refund no update nothing.Thier site looks legit. But they are not!

We have been working with SD Truck Springs for over a month now. We ordered airbags back on 6/13. We have called numerous times during the week and it’s a joke to get through to anyone. Spoke with multiple “supervisors” about the situation and was told in June we would have a tracking number within 24-48 hrs. To this day we still do not have a tracking number. Was told more recently that they are trying to ship it but they are limited on how many things they can ship at a time- doesn’t make any sense since you can ship as much as you need to and it should be an expense they are aware of. What a joke trying to get help and/or parts from them. At this point we just want a refund. We could have gone with someone else and already had the airbags on the truck weeks ago. WILL NEVER SHOP FROM HERE AGAIN.

Sort the review list by "Newest". It shows the real story.Waited over a month and my order didn't ship. Bought the parts from another business. Cancelled the order and 2 days later, it shipped. Returning the package was a hassle, and THEN they shipped the last small part of the cancelled order. They said they couldn't do a return label for the small part and told me to keep it. They didn't tell me that they would change me for it. They aren't worth the trouble. Buy from someone else.

Bait and switch. Placed an order on parts needed on a timely manner. Paid for 2 day shipping. Got an email a day later asking for more money for shipping. It was already too late to handle. I still tried to call 3 times no answer. Sent email. No answer.Update after SD replied to the review.After multiple attempts of reaching out, I managed to connect with the operator who recorded my information and assured me that someone would get in touch with me. Additionally, I initiated a chat session on their website, but unfortunately, the outcome was the same - no callback. After some time, I finally received an email explaining that they were still in the process of obtaining the kit and surprisingly suggested I opt for the free ground delivery option, claiming it to be the better choice.Frustrated by the lack of progress, I decided to take matters into my own hands and ordered the item directly from the supplier. To my surprise, the package arrived at my doorstep within just two business days.It has been a long and frustrating wait of 8 days without any sign of a refund or response from SD. Feeling increasingly concerned, I took action by forwarding all the necessary information to my credit card company and initiated a dispute to resolve the matter.

It has been 7 weeks since I have ordered my air helper springs for my truck. I have received half of the order (after reaching out at the 3 week mark to see when they were going to be shipped). The rest of the order was shipped as well, but was damaged by FedEx so a claim needed to be filed. That claim has been processed for 3 weeks now and there’s still no plans to ship the rest of my order. Customer service doesn’t answer the phone. I have talked to at least 3 people with their direct extensions (2 of those extensions don’t even work anymore). This company has been a nightmare to deal with. Steer clear. You’ve been warned.

Stay far away from this company. Have been trying to contact them by calling (several times and nobody has ever answered), emails, and chatting on their website.My airbag has a leak and the hardware failed after 3 years. Pretty light use from pulling dirt and mulch with a 16 foot trailer. Lifetime warranty airbags mean nothing when they won’t respond. Now have to find a different system and company to purchase a new set from after only 3 years. Wasn’t surprised when I went to the reviews and saw so many 1 stars. Not having enough staff isn’t an excuse. Just pure laziness.

Kai was most helpful! She responded quickly via chat and provided two links based on the info requested. We then took it offline and she called me to complete the transaction. She even patiently waited on hold while I had to take a work call. She was also thorough when explaining manufacturing and shipping time to provide proper expectations. Such as pleasure to work directly with a human that is knowledgeable and she even asked me about my broken foot. So sweet!! Kai is an asset to this organization and I can not wait to receive the item.

Ordered airbags for my truck,Was stated that I would get in 5 days never received, called office was told by phone representative name Kai that if I wanted my order that I would have to pay $36 and if I don't pay then I will just have to keep waiting for who nows how long, this company is scaming people out of money asked to speak to management never got a hold of anyone, when this company is a scam. Don't spend money here,update got my airbags but the box is all ripped up and had someone else's name and address under my label, air bags have dirt on them and missing parts so can't get it installed, nuts and bolts not in a bag how supposed to be, clearly used item sold as new, and on top of all of that still missing my other part of orderJust no words.

I ordered new U-bolts for a 1968 Chevy 4x4 truck axle from SD Truck Springs. I was amazed at how fast they came but, they were the wrong size. Not by much but enough not to work. One phone call to customer service rep Derrik Peterson and the correct springs were on their way. Great customer service, I will definetly use them again.

Ordered a lift kit, waited a few weeks without shipping notification. Finally had to call to see what was going on, turns out item was on back order. Would of been cool to be notified that it was on back order when ordered. Anyways decided to cancel the order and I'm at 3 weeks without a refund. Tried calling a few times and sit on hold for more than 10 minutes before I hang up. Looks like I will be filing a claim with my CC company to get my money back. SD Truck Springs has lost my business

The array of parts and information was very good, and my old 1985 F150 is much happier with the Ride-Rite air bags. And, I can't say enough about their customer support. If you get lucky enough to talk with "Kai," you're in for a treat.

Was quoted $5000 for a reputable shop here in Yuma, AZ to R/R my 2000 Holiday Rambler motorhome air springs. Looking at iRV2 forum I noticed a couple of places referencing SD Truck Springs. First I verified the current ********* units on my rig, and then I called SD. ****** verified a cross reference from a SAF/Holland number that I had, to *********s and I ordered them. I was surprised that these were 'special order/non returnable', so I had to be sure since I was doing the work myself based on a couple of ******* vids. ***** handled the order and was very responsive on emails, and we had a good conversation on the phone verifying my order. With a couple of diagrams ***** provided, I verified the measurements and 'bit-the-bullet' and OK'd the order. They arrived before the due date in good condition. Taking my time and making sure I did this new job correctly, I installed the units and they were an exact fit. Essentially, my labor saved me $3100 and I am very happy. These guys helped me gain confidence in my order and provided a great customer service experience.

I ordered an air spring kit that ended up being delayed by the manufacturer. Brian let me know, and offered an alternate suggestion on a better product that could ship within 2-3 days. I agreed and he took care of everything. Very satisfied!
