I had the opportunity to work with Joe on my move in date and my move out date. He was very friendly, helpful, did a great job explaining all the details, and answered all of my questions. This building is well taken care of, and my storage space fit my needs. I would highly recommend this place and would use it again.

Me and my boyfriend had just rented our first storage unit at the StorQuest in Ronkonkoma and Joe was so professional and helpful with the whole process. He definitely made our first unit rental experience easy and smooth. Definitely worth renting here just ask for Joe.

Joe was helpful with my unit transfer and on the computer display showed the pro-rated amounts which carried over to the next month or were applied to the current month. The premises are clean and the location is close to the LIE and my residence.

I've been here 2yrs and I have to move out unfortunately. Deedee's and joes services was amazing. They went far and beyond for me. This is the place to store your personal belongings. Safe, clean, climate control.
