I did nails twice here. It is really good for someone who loves keeping up with latest fashion style at this store. When I told the service provider, she can get my idea and did very well and fast! I would definitely recommend it to my friends!

Went for mani pedi - did the spa pedi for $45 was wonderful - I cut my own toe nails before and my short nails get just gloss only - add a design and my bill was $71 bucks ! Crazy good service but for basic to much $- yes you explained after as you saw I have been there as my card shows over 10x for same exact thing but never charged that much money - thank you for your services

First and last time I will ever go there...Went there last Friday 6/30 and got a Powder Dip Manicure...On Tuesday I notice out of the corner of my eye that the polish is all cracked but underneath the top coat.. I look at all my nails and at least 5 of them are the same...and 2 to 3 of my nails also have dents in them...Terrible job. Will never be going back thereService: Dip powder

I was really hoping 36 IU nails and spa would be my go-to nail salon but, after what I experienced last Monday (2/21/22), I will have to keep looking. So, I had an appointment at 10 am. I got there at 10:01 am and was greeted by one of the nail techs and offered a mask. Also, I noticed there were maintenance technicians there as well. I was told where to sit and given a book with many colors. The same nail tech advised there was another book to chose from as well. A different (male) nail tech starts taking the gel off of my nails. I told him that I had a nail idea from Pinterest. He looked at the picture and began helping me pick the colors for the design. He was very helpful at this point. He finishes the acrylic fill-in and begins start the design. This is where things take a turn for the worse. As he is working on the design (each nail had a different color with a side French manicure), I noticed that some of the side parts where not parallel with the each other. I didn't say anything as I figured he would fix the design before applying the top coat. After he is finished, I told him that I liked the design but some where uneven. He attempted to fix them and said some of my nails are larger than the rest. That is when I proceeded to tell him that I liked the design better on the model than me. I asked if I could change and he said NO as he would have to take everything off. I was thankful that I had the mask on because my face was disturbed. Why I am expected to pay for something that did not come out the way I expected? I even offered to pay for it be changed and that's when he calls over the nail tech, that greeted me, and proceeds to talk about me in their native language. This is one of the most disrespectful things to me! If you have a problem, say it to me but don't talk about me in your language as if I can't understand or use context clues. UNACCEPTABLE! The nail tech, who greeted me, asked me if I liked the design and I said yes but I don't like it on me. She instructs the other nail tech to take it off. At this point, the male nail tech had a terrible attitude and had made it known. After he takes off the design, he starts painting my nail with a color from before without asking me which color I wanted. I stopped and asked him if he had a milky white color and he said no. And that's when I asked for the nail color book again. Someone please tell me why I found the very color he said that they did not have?! After that, he finishes and walks away rudely. He did not offer me a massage - the other nail tech gave her client a massage while her nails drying. NEVER AGAIN! When I paid for the service, I still gave this nail tech a TIP because I knew it is was a lot of work. But, truly, he did not deserve it. I could see if there was line of people waiting but there were no other appointments present. The salon was empty. And even if there were people waiting, I am a paying customer. I explained to the nail tech that greeted me what happened and she apologized. I am thankful for the apology but this needed more than that. Please beware! IT IS TIME TO START SUPPORTING NAIL SALONS THAT HAVE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
