“Hector did everything that he possibly could to troubleshoot our vehicle to avoid it being towed, unfortunately, it needed to be towed, but he was prompt, fast, very efficient and explained everything in detail. I blinked, and the truck was on the back of the flatbed. He was descriptive and he made the process very easy. Not to mention that the dispatcher said that the tow would come within the hour and she did not disappoint.
