The worst USPS. The people working there are so rude and have such attitude, they have absolutely no idea what customer care might mean. I had an appointment for a passport and I received confirmation text but when I went there 10mins early like it said they were saying I’m not on their list. I showed them the confirmation text and talked to them multiple times but they won’t talk to me and keeps on saying I don’t have an appointment. While I have the confirmation text on my phone which I’m showing them. They also wouldn’t accept me as a walk in. I’m never going there and they should fire the lady I talked to and this other man.Horrible place don’t go there.

Literally the most rude and incompetent workers in this post office. How do you guys not fire these people? They go out of there way to be rude and that’s unacceptable.

It’s very frustrating that they have this as “24 hour self service” but it’s locked. Please change this so people don’t waste their time going and all the doors are locked.

This one employee is rude, nasty, miserable and sour.. tried to not accept my valid PASSPORT as a form of id.. she has been there forever, hopefully she will retire soon. I don't want to say the wrong name but I believe her name is Amy. ( Short tempered, short dark hair, and glasses) try to avoid her, the rest of the staff is actually very pleasant!

They helped me even when it was technically closing time. The lady behind the counter was great and quick. I will say they lock the door behind you if it's the actual time they close but as long as you make inside they will help you before they close.

Worst customer service. This post office is conveniently by my house but I will never go here again. Not friendly at all and the supervisor or manager is very defensive of any concerns from customers.

Staff is extremely rude at this post office. They treat everybody like we are inconveniencing them. Cyriac was unwilling to help a customer with a disability.

This review actually deserves one star, but since I have been a customer of the facility for many years and have had a PO Box with them for 22 years, I will go easy on the ratings.I paid my bi-annual PO Box fee the end of May, and the individual at the counter who processed my payment never took my name off the list of boxes that owed money. My box ended up being closed, and all of my mail was returned to sender.It wasn’t just an honest oversight on the part of the clerk - he had a miserable attitude, and he made it obvious he did not want to be there and that his heart was not in his job. Think it’s time for you to look for something else, buddy. 30 years is an awfully long time to be miserable at a job, and to be making mistakes with other people’s mail.

If I could give negative stars I would. I live in an apartment complex, and this post office constantly leaves my packages either outside on the front step, or by the front door. I wathced the postman leave my package outside on the front step of the building, and walk away. Then he came back, and said that his hands were full so he couldn't put the package inside. He constantly leaves my packages by the front door, instead of directly in front of my door, and they get stolen all the time.

Just got off the phone regarding a package. As I was mid sentence i was rudely put on hold with no explanation. The next person picked up asking who am I holding for?? That's a great question... I was never told why. More got the vibe I was being pushed to the side. When dealing with merchandise a small company paid for, we can't afford to be pushed to the side with no explanation. The next person that picked up did answer all of my questions with an off putting tone. I understand work is not always fun, but I work a customer service job and never reflect how I'm feeling onto the customer. Definitely room for improvement.
