If I could give 0 stars I would. I came here a couple months ago to return some Fios equipment, and the guy working there was extremely unhelpful. I told him my account number and he said it wasn’t coming up and refused to do anything to help. I suggested we try by putting in my name and that wasn’t working either, he said I have to call the customer service number. I tried calling and they kept hanging up on me, so the guy simply took my equipment, put in the equipment number, had me sign, and that was it. He could have done that from the start but offered me no solutions and tried to have someone else deal with the problem. They try to make things difficult for you on purpose so that you don’t return it and get charged. Verizon is by far the worst company I have gotten service from and has very unprofessional employees.
