This place has a name for themselves in the wine community. As a buyer who has been in the industry for decades, I know many sales reps who have worked here in the past. The new reps that come around do not last, try to sell old wine that is not only corked, but way overpriced. The last rep told us the warehouse isn't air conditioned (it is obvious) and have no issues discussing internal business which seems to be very messy. They refuse to sell certain wines, like Rinaldi-you have to get "approval" from the owner, only after spending a significant amount of business for a "period of time" They don't won't break cases, and have a high minimum for placing orders. Our last rep tried to gain business and had to resort to offering full sample bottles to get an appointment. The desperation says a lot. There's a reason buyers refuse to work with Vinifera, Dominic and his reps. The portfolio prices increase frequently, but the wine is stale. I don't see this place being in business much longer. They struggle to keep producers and reps.

Horrible! Company owner stuck in the 80’s. Prospect’s were laughing at the way I have to do my presentation without digital catalog, use of Fax, No support what so ever they think that are Alte Kakes because once upon a time this company had some weight in the industry. NO ANY MORE in FLORIDA,Never Again!

I did not have a good experience with them, I had an appointment with them, they had me wait 10 minutes and then another person came in and they let that person in first. I then had to wait an extra 40 minutes, for the other person to finish their appointment, even though I was there first. I don't recommend.

Best importer of fine Italian wines. Family run business that takes great care of their customers. Can trust any wine you receive from here will be top quality.

Horrible company. I'm not sure words will do justice. Rude, demeaning, inconsiderate. Customer service has three levels: Simply not caring, caring greatly and intending to insult. The last of these would be an improvement for this company. The company overprices its wines and will insult you to your face for not being willing to overpay for a wine. I cannot overstate how offensive they are.

I'd say they're sexist in the workforce, although I don't know if that is true or not, so it's just a guess. Basically, I am a male and I applied for this job. When I got in the waiting room, I was asked to sign some papers, and while signing them... a woman walked in the door and said she was going on an interview as well. They let her right in, and I was still in the waiting room signing papers and when I was done, they told me to wait for the girl to finish even though I was there first and she didn't sign any papers. I waited for about an HOUR for that lady to finish her interview, and when It was my turn for an interview.... my interview was only 5 MINUTES! If you're a guy, DO NOT APPLY FOR THEM. They will just discriminate and decide to pick a girl instead... it's very rude and unfair.

Funny you should mention that Firespot, I worked for the company a couple years back and they were disreputable to work for. The Products they sell are good but Senior Management was dishonorable to say the least.
