“Been an IFCU member for my entire life- recently had a scary and unfortunate scenario happen following a scam call. Both John's and the managers immediately took control of the situation and protected my account (and sanity) within seconds. They also sat me down and connected me right away with the fraud department and told me exactly what steps to take following the event. The situation was anxiety provoking but their calmness and quick action was extremely appreciated.A special shout out to John M, who took his time to give me advice on scam calls & how to always protect my account with scam calls being on the rise. He also gave great banking knowledge and advice in general that I actually had not known prior. John M even double checked everything with multiple IFCU members and departments for me before I left because he truly cared and wanted to ensure my issue was properly taken care of.I look forward to my issue being officially resolved but I am very grateful for the staff members who were working that day for handling my situation the way they did!”

“The best little part time branch (only open Thursday, Friday and Saturday) of the best little Federal Credit Union you've never heard of. I've been an account holder forever, usually doing my banking at the main branch in Manhattan. But Covid-19 has made me avoid the trains, so I've been driving out to this branch on Saturdays. This FCU always offers the highest yields for CDs and money market accounts than all the major banks combined. Loan rates are always reasonable. A overlooked gem in the banking world.”

“I recently found myself in a difficult situation I made many calls to TFCU and quite frankly I was given the run around until I went to the credit union location in Massapequa and fortunately I met Cheryl Jacobson and thank goodness I did she was helpful and empathetic and I feel went above and beyond and was not judge mental. She was a breath of fresh air for me. She introduced me to Ray and Anthony they too did try to help Anthony took the time to reach out to me by phone.
