I have had several verbal attacks by the people whose basement apartment we rent. So I called your post office to ask if they could hold my packages ( TEMU) . I was told yes they can do it. Got there just now and was told that it was not there. No explanation! I was even accused of cutting their line. I am once again disappointed by people who are supposed to provide a simple service with pay. NOT FREE! Well continue to disappoint. It's what you do best!

I am so disappointed on April 24 I came In to the post office to get me and my husband and 2 daughters passport renewal. The appointment was set for may 15 2021 at 9:15am. The girl who made my appointment told me don’t bring in pictures we will do everything for you at the office on that date. When me and my family arrived the Clark was upset because he said he was alone and it didn’t matter if we had an appointment or not he was not going to help us. He then asked us to come back at 10:15 and if he had help he would help us which we agreed to come back at the time he told us. 10:15am we come back and he said ok I’ll help you. He then looked over all our paper work and took us to the back to take our pictures. My youngest daughter in her picture he felt she was showing too much teeth and re took the picture. Then we asked to expedite our passports he told us the price I said ok because we was traveling out on July 15 2021 which I told him and we included in the application. On 6/15 I resived my daughters passport and my husbands passport. On 6/25 I resived a letter telling me that the picture that was taken by the usps employee who was trained to do passports was too blurry and can’t be used for the passport. I go in Monday morning and the girl tells me sorry there is nothing we can do and there is no one in to take your picture. I asked for a manager. When the manager came he told me well the person who does passports is on vacation and the one covering for him has called out everyday. Try coming back tomorrow maybe he chooses to come to work. At that point I asked ok can I get my money back for my pictures and can I bring you the new set of pictures I’ll take elsewhere and can you send them express for me. The manager told me no. And basically told me there was nothing they were going to do for me. Now I am on the clock because I need my passport I go to Walgreens and paid an additional 17.00 for new set of pictures rush to fedex to over night then the pictures and additional $37.00. And let’s not forget the 170.00 I had paid to expedite the service. And now it’s a few days before my trip and I still don’t have my passport. This is my story for doing my passport with the people the usps trains to do passports.

I recently moved to the area 2 weeks ago. I ordered a package from a site I always order from, which happens to always ship my items in a very reasonable timely manner. I came home from work 4/15/19 and found a pink slip stating my package could not be delivered (did not EVEN state a reason). Fine, then I request a redelivery for the next day (which I’ve done at previous addresses and received my packages the NEXT DAY). Nope not with Roosevelt USPS!! Well now it’s 4/17/19 and STILLLLLL no package! Will you look at that! Guess no one felt like working the past TWO DAYS! This will be my FIRST and LAST time getting any packages delivered at this address! Since no one feels like doing their job I’ll have to take the hard work off their shoulders and go in person. It’s 2019 people get with the program or hire people that are willing to do the job!

I was waiting on a package that was suppose to be delivered to my address. The post man delivered the mail at my address and proceeded to deliver my package to my neighbor. As I was watching him, I told him I was missing 2 packages that was suppose to be delivered. His response is “no I have 2 packages for house 52” I replied “you just delivered the mail at 52 which is here, why are you delivering packages for 52 to 56 address?” Not the first time they delivered my package elsewhere. And I have also received other people packages. The worst mailing delivery I’ve ever encountered. Dumbest mailman I’ve ever seen....
