This relationship is definitely over! No matter how many times I asked not to use safety pins & use the plastic clips they keep using safety pins, which leaves smalls holes and rips in my clothes. What’s the point in having you dry clean my clothes to preserve my investments when you’re ruining them. The special for 10 pieces isn’t special enough!

My friend took his shirt here and it was severely damaged. They admitted ruining the shirt, but didn’t want to pay the cost of the shirt. They stated the shirt was used and only offered $30 for $65 shirt. My friend showed where he ordered a new shirt and that their error should not cost him. The owner handed him $5 more and said something disrespectful as he was leaving. He had items then to drop off, but he kindly ask for them back and left. He then took to social media and expressed his displeasure with the cleaners. He called back to give them a chance to make things right and was met with even more hostility. The photo shows the missing lettering.

I brought my brand new jeans to be altered, but when I got them back, they were ruined. They had been altered in a way that I didn't ask for or expect, like reducing the middle, which wasn't part of the original request. If you're not familiar with alterations, it's okay to admit it!

I've been coming here faithfully to get my silk things cleaned. I picked up my clothes yesterday and they are all steamed but dirty. I'm pissed. Waste of money and time

Terrible Customer Service... Purchased a Sweater for Christmas took it straight to the Cleaners ... Come time for pick I noticed a hole in the sweater wasn't tripping just wanted a solution, was then told that it wasn't on them by the little asian women, accused me of trying to scam her out of a free cleaning , started throwing out assumptions saying sweater was worn too much, common mistake, 35 years of business would never happen here etc , Mind you the sweater has never been worn ! Then tries to charge me to fix it & gives me an outrageous wait time because she didn't want to deal with me

Cheapest dry cleaner 10 items for $29.95 I do not take my whites nor expensive clothes here, only my everyday work attire. You get what you pay for. I've lost a couple of items here, so check before and after.

This is my go-to dry cleaner because they offer discounted rates for laundering kids apparel. Most other dry cleaners charge you the same rate for kid's clothings as they do for adult clothing. They do a good job with the kids apparel.Their other good point is the 10 items deal which is currently going for $30. The items include dress shirts, slacks and suit jackets. There is an up charge for most dresses.They lose 2 stars for there lack of consistency in drying adult items such as large winter coats. I also would caution you about taking your items here for alterations. My mother has had issues with hemming her work pants which includes them hemming it unevenly. I have also seen other customers complain of their alterations as well. On the bright side, they are often gracious and willing to fix the issue if possible but I don't know too many people who have time for this sort of hiccup including myself.
