By far the worst customer service!
3 months and I am still waiting for the refund they Owe me!!
BOB'S FURNITURE is & always will be the best.. never had a problem with all the purchases I have made in the past.
I wanted to give Ashley's a chance ignoring all the bad reviews.
They proved them right.
I WILL BE HEADING TO YOUR STORE IN CARL PLACE FOR MY REFUND!!

Stay away from Ashely Furniture Outlet in Rosedale! I went there with my ACIMA credit, and I met Adam some lady who said she was the manager. They gave me a good deal on the couch, bed and ottoman. But I did not get how much I was going to pay and did not sign a lease. Then I went to the store to cancel it for they wrote the wrong address. I met Meshera who worked with me, and help be revised the order. Then on Monday, September 2nd, 2024, I get and email from their delivery person that it will be delivered on the 17th with the bed, couch, mattress and ottam. I called the store and spoke to some person, then Meshera called me to come in on Saturday, September 7, to fix the situation with the order. He said he would call me back, but never did. When I called on Friday, September 6th I was told my order was cancelled and the customer, which was supposed to be me stated she did not want the furniture. I never told Meshera that, he told me to come into the store on Saturday, September 7, at 11:00 am. When I called Ashleys number I was told that they will have someone called me to no avail no one called. I am not wasting my time to go to the Ashley Store in the Five Towns outlet in Queens ever again. They are con artist and crooks and if that order comes, I will call the police on the delivery guys for this is nothing but a con job against poor people.

Great experience! We checked them out weeks prior and informed we would come back after we moved in. Jeremiah remembered us by name and provided amazing service and 2 day delivery. We will be returning for anything else we need.
