I went to get a new credit card and open a savings account. I forgot the name of the person who assisted us but he was a tall black male and he was SUPER helpful in opening everything. He went through the benefits of the cash back step by step and helped me open my account. He was respectful and engaged in a friendly conversation while helping us out. If you do decide to come to Bank of America, check out this one! Extremely clean inside too, and they have parking and an inside waiting area aswell. Multiple ATM machines. That's about it, this is by far the best experience at any bank I've ever had.

So I went to the Rosedale branch today to make an international wire transfer, the person who attended me RUPINDER KAUR She didn’t know how to make a wire transfer as ours on a short call to confirm some information which made her mad. Long story short with the transaction it took me 1 1/2 hour to complete two international transactions.Here comes the frustrating part ! When I was waiting for for the last papers to be printed for my signature 2 Gentleman came up on, with saying my name is Jonathan Guillaume(he was a Relationship Manager and Small Business Owner Specialist) accompanied byOladipupo Sonibare (Relationship Banker), and they ask me if I’ve taken pictures and videos since I’ve gotten into the bank. I was shocked with their question as it didn’t make any sense to me. The next thing I did after them asking me this question. I took out my phone and let them see the gallery in which I had pictures of the paper for my first wire transfer( i did that because i was with my 4 years old daughter and didn’t want any trouble out of the blue). And then they were like we asked you this because it’s not allowed to take a picture of an employee.My question no 1, if I took a picture of the employee sitting right in front of me in a cabin, she would’ve seen me taking her picture and she could’ve told me right away that I cannot take a picture as it is not allowed.No 2, if I didn’t take a picture of her and they just heard the sound of the click then why would they care if I was taking a picture of anything if there was no one around me in the cabin.I could’ve stood there, and I’ve lost my temper for this humiliation, but I didn’t because I was with my four-year-old daughter. Or else I swear I would’ve taken the entire floor to shut down mode for sometime because of this humiliation which i had to face in front of so many people standing in the bank .I am so disappointed with this behaviour which is so unprofessional and ethical and rude to the customer. If I won’t get any apology and written from these people, I will be closing my bank account with Bank Of America. (I know you guys don’t care for one person to close your account, but at least I will be satisfied.)

Had a good experience opening a bank account with Jonathan. He was very helpful and kind. The other bank officers are also very accommodating. Marsha and Nicholas were great. Thank you for your help and kindness :)

Service your ATMs!!! It's annoying that your machines will not accept perfectly fine bills !!! Not to mention I withdrew cash from one of my accounts at your atm and put the same bills in the sameee bill exacttt machine ....the machine clearly malfunctioned nearly ripping one of my 100s . Annoying and inconvenient! This is my second trip to this location today same problem different bills. I honestly am tired of BOA all together!

The worst place ever . Line is extremly long to be seen . They have 1 person at desk . They hours are 10am - 4pm. Also the financial manager Marsha Prempin doesn't care about her customers . She tells you to have a seat then forgets about you ?

The secured card slot to open the door going to the ATM Machine is damaged for a YEAR. The card contactless feature is only working to get in the ATM. Most people do not have the contactless features in the card.
