Went there last weekend with my mother. She needed to transfer money. I needed to open an account. Greeted at the door by 3 young ladies, one of which was Roxanna. She was considerate and cordial, helpful with my mother. Go there! They are wonderful.

I have been a capital one customer for 20 years, capital one has become the worst bank ever. Over the last ten years they have closed five other local locations forcing everyone in to sunrise hwy location. They did the same thing near my business in NYC, Sunrise location staffed with only three tellers. Lines out the door to the streets. This is all by corporate design. Staff said cap #1 wants to be a digital bank, and therefor provide as little service as possible.

Expected to visit this branch for the first time this morning, but when the last person in line was OUTSIDE, I turned around. I’ll stick with the 360 online platform. Maybe.

This branch is historically slow and understaffed. I have a personal account and two business accounts with capital one. I’ve been with them for over 10 years. I’ve switched one of my business accounts over to Chase and in the process of switching the second one simply because there’s service in my area is so much better. Chase charges more in account servicing fees. I guess that’s the price you pay for good service at the branches. Maybe they should take a page from Chick-fil-A‘s book hire adequate staff have the focus on customer service and improving the branch experience.

Tried to open a business accountWas given an appt 2 weeks laterArrived on time they came to me 15 minutes late they tried every reason to not make it work (I had all documents) the banker "Sasha" said I don't no to every question I asked! Then they rushed me out and said I had to reschedule to continue because they had other appointments! They were shocked when I said no need to il go to Wells Fargo where my personal account it. The line here is obnoxiously long. Even with about 15 customers in line for over 20 minutes, there are only two tellers working, yet several others are visible handling other "transactions". The good: convenient location at Green Acre Mall/Valley Stream Stores; air conditioning seems to be at a suitable level in these dog days of summer. Nothing else positive I can provide. If you're going to the ATM, which I go 99% of the time, you will have no issues. However, it's the 1% of times when you actually have to speak with a teller that will keep you in line for at least 30 minutes. I love Capital One, but they must do better since they've closed many locations in the area.

Horrible customer service. The manager does not care. 3 Tellers for a line of 39 and the tellers spend longer than necessary on small items to purposely waste time. Would never stay at Capital One bank if all locations were like this one. 15 years in the banking industry and I state that this is the worst branch I have ever seen.

One of the worst capital one branch, the customer service representative was extremely rude. Wasted my 1 hour and didn't get the work done.

I've never had any issues with this bank and capital one has been my main bank for years. As of recently I mostly use the ATM but when I've had to go to a teller they were always friendly and efficient.

Initially Capital One Bank was not my favorite bank. I recently moved and it was the bank in my area. In addition, the employer I work for has a Capital One account. I visited the Capital One branch in Rosedale today. I met with Kerri-Ann Skeen-Patterson; branch manager. She provided me with ultimately the best customer service experience ever. She was informative, professional and resolved all my concerns. I will encourage my family and friends to join Capital One bank.I definitely have a new outlook about Capital One bank.
