Staff is rude and mean. This place sucks. I understand they are short staffed but there is no reason to be rude to customers when they haven’t been rude to you. Very unnecessary and unprofessional. This isn’t the first time either. I’ve been here multiple times and I’ve only seen two people working here. Both of which were very rude to me. The new girl is constantly on her phone and is so rude. I don’t know her name, but she’s a younger girl. And there’s another girl, I don’t know her name either. I think she’s Jamaican. Anyways, I’ll be taking my business somewhere else for now on.

The worst discrimination check Cashing I ever been too,this worker,which is Mrs.Debra told my husband why is his check higher than the last check he cashed and my husband didn't get to cash his check there,someone please tell me what does that have to do with Cashing my husband check.

I will always do my transactions at this location.... the West Indian girl knows what she is doing. Very fast she also introduced me the pay my utilities for my home back in my country. ????

This place is fine you really have to be patient since the machines are very old but so far customer service with me has been good. There are so limitations to this check cashing like you might have to be a resident of the area you should definitely check to see what they are because you would expect to just cash your check. There has been some people who couldn't because there identification card is from another state since this is a small region they might be able to crack down on fraud, but I like I said you just have to be patient. This place is so crowded sometimes.

I went to the one in five towns on a Sunday. I got a rude west Indian. My hubby couldn't cash his city check her excuse was two things. 1. My hubby haven't cashed a check sense October. 2. My hubby is not a resident of Nassau County so when he said with one is it? She said Bye... Next. Very rude. But she took out someone's money on there EBT card. I wouldn't go here again...
