Spend your money somewhere else. Poor customer service. No one ever answers phone!! You have to go in-person to receive customer service Incorrect information given consistently by staff in-store. Corporate needs to come in and do a massive overhaul of this location. They reflect poorly on Lowes as I will no longer patron any location of Lowes.

This lowes has a very mean and unfriendly staff it's like they can't do there job. Instead are there to argue with the customers rather then help them.

this is the worst ripp off bet and switch experience I had in my life, I'm a retiree ,67 yrs old, redoing my deck,went to this location and picked up 20 pieces of 2-6-8, 20 2-6-10, and 20 2-4-10,. I placed them on a pallet and was told delivery will be in couple of days, upon delivery I noticed that most of the wood was replaced by damaged wood, went back to the store to complain,and I was told to pick up new wood for replacement,, I was told delivery will be today, it never came, I went back and I was told that the lumber was again put back on the shelf, I asked for a full refund and I was told that the lumber I cut will be assessed, as of now I spent a full week of back and forth and got stuck with damaged lumber,

no one will answer the phone!! I was promised that I would have my delivery for 3 days now. No contact from the store. I have to phsycially drive to the store 30 min when I need assistance.

No stars for this store But I had to choose one to have rating posted. This place is horrible. Appliance supervisor Sabrina is very lazy and unprofessional. On top of that she as a supervisor had no knowledge of the appliances being sold in the store nor did she try to understand.

If ever there were a store with the most unprofessional, disrespectful staff, its Lowes in Rosedale. I purchased a washer and dryer on February 10, 2023, Today March 1, 2023 I have not received my order due to several mishaps by Lowes. I have called 13 times today, and each time they either transfer me to a phone that disconnects or they let the phone ring out or put me on hold without saying a word then disconnect the phone call.

Currently looking for a new Washer/Dryer. Went to this location to see what options were available. I immediately noticed two employees working in the major appliances department. One fixated on her cell phone & the other staring off into space. There were no other customers in the area when I arrived & not one of these two asked me if I needed help. I did notice the one who was in a daze, jump up & immediately offer assistance to people that looked like her. She made it a point to ask if they were Lowes card holders & was more than willing to be of assistance to them. At this point, I saw what was going on & continued browsing. After finishing with them, she went back to standing & staring while the other one continued to bury her head in her cellphone. Again, no other customers approached the area & I continued to browse & still, not one offer of help!! When one works in customer service, part of your job os to tend to ALL customers, not just ones who look like you. The customer service in this store is trash (& that's putting it nicely). If this is what Lowe's is ok with in regards to customer service - good riddance. There are some of us who are willing to spend our money but only in places where you're appreciated.

I had an excellent, simple, stressfree visit to LOWES... Mathew in appliances is so helpful and knowledgeable!!! It's a busy place, but he makes you feel special and he pays attention to your questions and gets any issue resolved!!! Clone him!!! He's on vacation, so I will wait til he returns, only he can assist me! Anyway, my stove was delivered in the timeframe, without any issues. Then I noticed the door looked crooked. I called and the technician came the next day with one screwdriver- problem solved in all of three minutes. Lovelovelove my LOWES. Sometimes people need to calm down, be kind, be decent... you get better results. Thanks Lowes.

Lowes is a sham! Do not ever trust them. I ordered a kitchen with them and after the cabinets were delivered, they walked off the job for my kitchen installation which is still not done. Their supposed contractors damaged my floor going in and going out, floor and ceiling as well as deck removing the cabinets and moldings. Do not ever trust this deadbeat company. I have contracts and everything as well as all conversations recorded. I also applied for the financing which was 5% cash back or zero percent interest, they refused to give me zero percent with some story yet the credit card said it was wrong. I think they are over-priced now that I have been getting cabinet prices, Lowes 30k, all others are under 14k for cabinets, hardware, sink, and gooseneck faucet(lowes included none of this, had to buy it separately which I am stuck with now) granite for both countertop and full backsplash with bevels, STAY AWAY FROM LOWES, THEY ARE A BUNCH OF CROOKS AND UNPROFESSIONALS They lied claiming the granite backsplash wasn't included but the contractor for granite told me lowes ordered both granites for countertop and full backsplash. The supposed project manager sky, was useless and never responded, I told him when the first cabinet delivered showed up, they want to drop them on the first floor, and if the contractor will bring them up, waited an hour, sent the truck away, called, I called sky, and he said he sent an email, like wtf, the truck is outside. Do not know the real reason why they walked but at one point I told them to take the cabinets if you aren't going to do the job as the cabinet sat for almost 6 months, opened only a few and they were damaged, very poor ran the job, never trust them The attached images are the drawings from the design center at lowes, it clearly shows the backsplash. i have plenty of recorded conversations to prove all this

I bought a new patio set from the Rosedale Lowes. However when my ordered arrived it was missing half of the order. The next day the delivery guys show up again however they are still missing several pieces of my order. Now I've been trying to call Lowes for over a week and no one ever answers the phone. I've paid for the full order however I can't get anyone to answer to either give me a refund or deliver my missing pieces. There is no way I believe they are too busy to answer the phone. I will be filling a BBB suit.
