No one answers the phone at the pharmacy. How is it that the pharmacy is opened and no one picks up the phone. I am disgusted with rite aid and the pharmacy.

There is barely any product on the shelves. Rite Aid just need to let it go. Company's like CVS and Walgreens are better than rite aid. Rite Aid has ran its course and let it go. If customer service stops being a priority for a company then your time has come to part ways. If you don't bring up the store with employees who know how to present good customer service. Your company is already losing so why not listen to what customers are saying and do something before this location just continues to deteriorate in business.

These women that work here are so nasty. Their nail selection is so dismal. I wanted to ask the staff a question and she literally ignored me to follow a guy out front to have a conversation. Ummm aren’t you working? I just walked out and went elsewhere

Rude behavior never have medicine that i pay for monthly ready they main doctor that prescribes medicine thats from an Asian decent is always rude and nasty best believe we going forward we need to clea up this local ride aid its unbelievable

This rite aid has to have the worst pharmacy and customer service ever. The pharmacy is so incompetent. Prescriptions are never ready. It’s like they get the request from doctors and don’t fill them till you get there. Then the agents have a nasty attitude. They aren’t apologetic when they are clearly incompetent. Done using them. Today was the last straw. Take your business somewhere else.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy with the worst service I’ve ever seen! I don’t know how Rite Aid hasn’t closed this location down yet! The associates, as well as the managers are lazy, won’t open the case for you to buy anything and everyone claims they don’t have the key and can’t go get one! They put up coupons that they don’t honor, it’s just an absolute wreck in there. Coming from Long Island, this city service sucks. I’ll be going to Walgreens or CVS.

They have no products. Close the register at 10 although they’re supposed to close at 11. Be aware to check yourself out after 10 PM pleas don’t bring cash as a form of payment, you’re doomed. No products. No bars of soap. No body wash. No hair grease. No toothpaste. Just a bunch of entitled workers lazy & happy to say they don’t have & don’t know when. Absolutely no aid. I can’t wait until they replace it with Walgreens

I'm very disappointed with the service at this pharmacy. Requested my prescription to be filled since Thursday August 8th. Calling everyday, medicine not ready today, August 12th, poor customer service 😢 😞 😑

Clearly the people that work at this location does not care no one answers the phone
They put you on hold like they are doing you a favor and never come back to the phone
Will never come to this location , need to fire the staff at the pharmacy - and hire people that really do care

The pharmacy department is not good for the community. We need workers that actually want to answer the phone and be bothered, especially when it comes to important medications. Every time there's a phone call, uncle the phone. Automatically cuts off after a few rings.As if someone is hanging it up very unprofessional.And barely do and anything behind they must do better

I’ve had a really bad experience with this pharmacy. I’ve been trying to get in touch with them for three days. I called many times, at different times of the day, but no one ever answered. This was really tough for me because I just had surgery on my lower back and can’t go to the pharmacy myself. Since it’s close to my home, it would have been easy for someone else to pick up my medicine for me. The customer service is really bad, and I don’t know how they stay in business with service like this. I ended up transferring my prescriptions to CVS, and I got help from someone there in just two minutes. Rite Aid needs to do better because they could be giving us much better service than they are now.

Very bad service, I live next to this pharmacy, I am demanding that they clean up because it is a jungle, a tree has already fallen near me. They tell me all the time to wait and wait. The manager is rude and told me to clean it myself if it bothers me so much.
