133-33 Brookville Boulevard Ste. 102, Rosedale NY 11422
“Selma, I’m sorry to hear you feel this way. The situation you’re describing came down to missing information about what was loaded into your vehicle before shipping. I had specifically asked for a detailed list of the contents, but I was only told there were “a few tools and home goods,” which didn’t seem significant at the time. Because that list wasn’t provided, customs in your country viewed the paperwork as incomplete. We did everything correctly based on the information we received and followed standard export procedures here in the U.S. Unfortunately, destination customs can charge additional fees when undeclared items are found, and that’s beyond any freight forwarder’s control. I take pride in being responsive and transparent with all clients, and I regret that this caused you stress. I’m always available to discuss situations like this directly and help prevent similar misunderstandings for others.”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about The UPS Store in Bayside. Every single time I walk in, I’m greeted with a smile and treated with kindness, patience, and genuine professionalism. The staff consistently go above and beyond to make sure everything is handled perfectly, whether I’m shipping a package, printing documents, or asking questions. It’s rare these days to find a business where the customer truly comes first, but this team does exactly that. They make every visit easy, stress-free, and pleasant. Their attention to detail, efficiency, and exceptional customer service keep me coming back time and time again. If you’re looking for a UPS Store that truly cares about its customers, this is the one. They deserve every one of their five stars and much more. “I visited this location (Rockaway Blvd & 127th Street) today for their FedEx drop off services, I don’t have a printer and as long as you can email them the label, they will print it out for you for free and put it on for you on your package!! So awesome. Shayana was the associate who assisted me, and as I was waiting on line to be called next , I watched her, and I was highly impressed with how she dealt with the other customers very friendly, quick, attentive, very informative. The woman definitely does her job very well. It was such a pleasant interaction I had with her, I felt very respected as a customer. Thank you!!!”

They finalized everything would be picked up by USPS mailman from the UPS store, so it saved me an extra trip. Their customer service is outstanding.
