The lines aren't too bad, much better than Burlington. There are some really good deals here if you look for them. The place is usually a bit unorganized and messy. Especially the shelves behind the middle clothes section. Employees always seem stressed, like walking zombies. Seems like there's a high turnover rate for employees, never see the same person twice.

Very well put together store just bad customer service from the two young ladies that were there tonight on March 3, 2025 approximately 7 o’clock I went there with a outfit to exchange I did not have the receipt the tag was on there but the said they had to have the tag with the price on it and I understand the policies once they was explained by the higher male figure, but these two ladies the African-American The glasses and a younger one that was there was very nasty. The disposition was nasty. They treated you like a criminal. I went back home found the. In the tab and brought it back and got a exchange, and her attitude was even nasty because she knew she was in the wrong Your own Black people racially profile you sad the got to do better Retrain on great customer service We spent lots of money there we deserve

Nice place with friendly staff and average prices. However, I didn't see much varieties there. There were very limited options for young girls and boys. Sizes are also very limited. I found a few pieces that l really liked for myself, and none of them had different sizes. They were all just a last piece of its kind. Kind of reminded me of Burlington minus the huge variety that you find in Burlington, of course. I only went there to avoid the never-ending cash register line that I would have suffered from if I were to shop Burlington. More brand names are available in the later as well. I might go shopping during weekdays in Burlington to take advantage of the wide selection without the long line.
