We had two staircases carpeted with the same piece of remnant. One was routine, the other difficult because it was an old curving staircase in a 285 year old house and nothing was equal is size.The end result is beautiful due to the expertise of the installer and quite reasonable because of the huge availability of remnants.I highly recommend this business. All aspects of the carpeting process, from selection at the showroom to phone/email communication with staff to speed and courtesy of installation was amazing. We are extremely pleased with our experience with Rosendale Flooring and would highly recommend them to anyone.

Chris, Liz and the installation crew were professional, knowledgeable, and helpful throughout the selection and installation of our flooring. There was never any pressure to pick one product over another or to place the order. They wanted us to pick the best product for us and to have us as happy customers. We highly recommend them.

I am a designer and repeat customer. The team at Rosendale Flooring give knowledgable and warm customer service, great prices and specialsand a really great selection. You will always get a better result than just ordering from big box stores and random websites. I am starting a new project soon and will be back again formore flooring asap!

RFC is the first place I go when looking for flooring and usually the last. Years ago I bought laminate flooring and installed it myself recently we had RFC install new floors and I am impressed w/ the quality of workmanship the installers did. Job was quick, clean and 2 months later I’m still admiring our new floors and our decision to use RFC do the install work. I recommend you check out flooring there first and don’t think you’ll be disappointed w/ service or price.

We used Rosendale Flooring to rip out our 40+ year old carpet and install click lock vinyl. We could not be happier with the product & service RFC provided us! From beginning to end of installation RFC was extremely helpful and professional. I will recommend them in a heartbeat!

We've made two purchases from RFC and both left us very satisfied! The customer service is excellent, despite being very busy when we stopped in, the owner greeted us, asked what we were looking for, directed us where to look, and finished with his prior customer. When he came to us, we had his full attention to get the flooring we needed for our new room. We got what we needed at a great price.And as a bonus, they give back to the community, Rosendale Flooring is one of the top sponsors of the Rosendale Street Festival. Spend local and it stays local!

I’ve worked with Rosendale Flooring several times, both for vinyl flooring and carpet. Chris and his team could not be nicer, more competent, punctual, fast, etc. The installation is expert and the installers cleanup is thorough. Their selection is tops and their prices are comparable with all the big box stores. To be able to support a local and family owned business like Rosendale Flooring has always been my good fortune. I whole heartedly recommend them.

Rosendale Flooring went out of their way to support our remodeling project. In our kitchen we needed a piece of vinyl that would harmonize with the remainder of the floor, which we did not remove. They called several suppliers and were able to secure a reasonably priced remnant that was perfect for the job – and they expedited the delivery which was important to us. For our bathroom they were able to sell us a remnant that was just the right size for the full floor – again, reasonably priced. I have owned stock in Lowe's for years, but when I need flooring I go to Rosendale Flooring!

I’ve worked with Rosendale flooring company on client projects for almost a decade and have been very pleased with there work every time. Recently I had the pleasure of using them in my own home! There work is always fabulous and I was especially pleased with how they were able to level my very uneven floors to lay the wood in my home. FINALLY, FINALLY a flooring company that has it all!!! Beautiful flooring, great prices and installers that know what they're doing! I'm so sorry I didn't use them in the past because it would have saved us a lot of grief. My dining room install was the very best install I've had done in my entire house. They actually listened to our requests and didn't tell us what they were going to do. The installers made some suggestions that were very good. We had one minor hiccup that was my husband's fault, lol, but Chris sent the installers back out 2 days later and they took care of the issue. Their suggestion for the trim at the top of the stairs worked out perfectly! I would a highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!!! Thank you so much for my beautiful dining room floor!

Great shopping experience. We had John and he helped us make our decisions. We loved the selection and the prices. Hopefully we will use them again for future projects. Also location is easily accessible with plenty of parking.

Of all of the things that I did while renovating, the flooring was the simplest and happiest part of the process--thanks to Rosendale Floooring. Chris, the owner, often times is the one answering the phone and he did everything possible to make our experience as seamless as possible. The wood flooring we got was affordable but came out beautifully and transformed the look of our home. Highly recommend!
