IDK but it's always empty when I go. Usually on a Monday or Tuesday night after work. That's fine with me. Machines working fine, very bright inside and lots of video cameras.

If u can find somewhere else to go that has heat, doesn’t stink like septic, and just a cleaner place! They have maybe if lucky 20 washers and maybe 10 dryers- make sense?!I set my black pants on top of the washer- someone spilled bleach- nobody cared to clean it up- 50 dollar pair of pants gone!Just so out of date- spend some money- do the floors, have someone come clean.

From trying to open the small washers today. Please get those doors fixed. You should not have to put all of your weight into opening a washer door. #ripnail

Smells badly. Worse than before. The older machines smell too. I won't use them.

It’s all right. Machines were fine but the ventilation inside was lacking, so there was a moist odor inside. The facility was dated and dingy. Prices were reasonable for a small wash ($2.75) but high for a dry ($1.50). I guess it evens out as I’ve seen places with higher wash charges.

Aurgh! I suppose the super-delux-utra-o'matic-machines are worth it?!? If you are allergic to musty-smelly-smellz stay away. Paying more for hot water is kinda like saying "oh, you want your clothes CLEAN! That'll be extra, if you want clean clothes". Pricy. But killer Chinese next door though. Try to keep it positive, but...

I was accosted by a crazy woman who brought her dog (unleashed) into the laundromat. Not only could her dog have bitten one of the customers, but when I told her I thought she should leave Fido in the car next time (because I'm allergic and it's also unsanitary) she proceeded to threaten me with bodily harm. The cherry on top of the whole unpleasant experience is that she ignored the signs requesting the use of masks so I got screamed at/potentially exposed while trying to switch from washer to dryer. Please, please, please, do not allow animals in your laundromat.

I rated five stars due only to the high quality of the machines the pricing is quite a bit higher than regular laundromats however I think they are appropriately priced the quality is excellent I do not have to use public laundromat as I do have a washer dryerin the private home that I have recently moved into , there are four of us all working adults and two laundry facilities in the home we share but quite often I find myself using rosendale's facilities as their machines are such high quality Express times however the facility itself no attendant which is fine there are no bathrooms available running hot or cold water for washing hands,,it's generally clean but many times I have had to sweep and put towels down to mop a floor from detergent spills however I only go there later in the evening so this could explain it I highly recommend the place

It's a place to wash a quick load of laundry. But honestly, the place is EXTREMELY OUTDATED !!!! The owner would make more money if the machines were updated. They sure know how to increase the price of a load of wash ...and the cycles are COMPLETE in 19 minutes. So you know your laundry is not really getting clean. How can it wash, rinse & spin in 19 minutes.I don't go there often that's for sure. There are great laundromats in Kingston.

It does the job. There are a number of machines, enough to always be able to find one and the prices are what you would expect from a small town laundromat. Definitely cheaper if you want to travel further into kingston or maybe New Paltz but this one is clean and the machines are in good shape. Added plus is the shops and restaurants in the plaza so if you get hungry there are options.

Come here often. Machines are okay but I have found that the change machines sometimes don't work and I've had to go up to the car wash to get quarters. The homeless guys who always seem to be sitting out front drinking out of a paper bag and staring at everyone certainly detract from the ambiance.

Terrible, rude staff, bad machines. They will eat your money! DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY HERE!!!!Response to “owner’s” rude response:Oh, I was talking about the overweight, slovenly “gentleman” who looks and smells like he hasn’t bathed in a week. You know, the one who accuses retirees in their 60s of running “scams” for a few dollars in quarters? Because, you know, people run long cons for a few bucks in quarters. Oh, but YOU are the owner huh? The one who responds to every negative review with a rude explanation about how it was the customer’s fault and how all of the machines are “under 3 years old?” You know, 3 years isn’t all that new for machines running many loads 24 hours a day. It’s almost like you don’t understand the concept of wear and tear. Anyway, it seems that the issue is the change acceptors, not the machines themselves, are continuously broken. SO, CUSTOMERS, this is what will happen: you will go to this laundromat, your money will be eaten, you will call the number posted on the wall, nobody will EVER call you back, but a smelly man will show up, not say anything to you until you approach him yourself, he will accuse you, in front of other customers, of being a thief and a scam artist, begrudgingly give you back less than the quarters you lost and not fix the machine. GO TO THE LAUNDROMAT IN KINGSTON. It is worth the extra 10 minute drive to not have to deal with this horrible business and their horrible business practices. TRUST ME.
