Victoria Gardens is a fully stocked plant nursery, garden center, and garden gift shop located in Rosendale, NY on the corner of Rt 213 and Cottekill Road. It is a little bit off the beaten path but worth the detour. Throughout the season they have classes and special events, including workshops and private garden tours from March through November. During the gardening season, customers will find a wonderful selection of annuals, trees, shrubs, and perennials chosen specifically for the area and for common problems like deer, dry soil, wet spots, and shady areas. There is also a large selection of perennials, a lovely assortment of houseplants, seeds, plant care, tools, gifts, and cards. From October through December they carry holiday gifts, decor, handcrafted wreaths, and feature a DIY Holiday Wreath Studio. The owner is very helpful, incredibly knowledgeable, and thoughtfully works with you to develop your space, offering creative ideas and planting tips. For larger projects, her talented team is professional, efficient, and responsive, capable of completely transforming an overgrown garden in just one day. Customers report being extremely pleased and find the money extremely well spent, often planning future projects. If you’re in the area, stop by; you won’t regret it.

Wonderful plant nursery. They have very creative ideas and planting tips. We will visit in the spring for our garden upstate,NY. The owner is very helpful if you have questions, and they have workshops, too. We miss our garden! Go visit . The shop is only open for another week or two! K

We’ve worked with Victoria and her amazing garden crew for years now. We are always overjoyed to see them and this year they made my dream of a native plant garden focused on attracting pollinators and birds come to life. I could not recommend them more highly :)
