Nightmare! Ordered chairs and paid in full 5 months ago- still no tracking or ANY info. There is no customer service to help either.

Absolute terrible company! DO not buy from them. Customer service is a nightmare. We spent over $27,000 on salon furniture. Out of the 7 tall mirrors that were ordered, 4 of them came damaged. Each mirror was $1,300. They came with different color wood panels. Therefore, after the contractor hung them and turned on the lights, he had to take them all back down and paint the panels so you wouldn't see the dark panels through the smoked glass. The mirrors were delivered crushed and 2 of them were so bad we had to send them back. We were told there is nothing they can do and we need to reach out to corporate. Their response was slow. We were NEVER apologized to. We NEVER received any type of reimbursement. Currently, we still do not have the mirrors. We were told they would ship on 3/16. Now we are being told there is another delay. Meanwhile, the project is being held up and we are unable to open the salon. We are losing money everyday because of the actions of Belvedere Maletti. I shared this with their customer service representative and they didn't care. I would NEVER order from Belvedere! This can also happen to you. We understand that accidents happen and there are mistakes that can be made. But to be treated the way we were treated has been unacceptable to say the least!!!!

Salvatori's father built my father salon back in the eighties the The salon is still open and the furniture is better than anything that is being produced today elsewhere we no longer Own that establishment but when I show my face now and again the furniture is still impeccable and has not aged and we never needed to maintain anything including the chairs.

I've been in the hair business for over 40 years, and recently ordered 2 color rollabout carts from Belvedere. After receiving them, I felt like they just were not large enough compared to my old color carts! So I contacted them to see about returning them? These 2 color carts cost me around $700,,,,they haven't even been used! They said they would take them back,,,but there would be a 30% restocking fee!!!! And I would have to pay for shipping,,,,,which ended up costing me $80 just to ship them back, all in their original boxes! So all total, I'm being charged almost $300 to send back 2 items that were never used !!!!! Belvedere really knows how to treat their customers,,,,,NOT! Wesley R
