In a time of a massive unemployment, you can find better, Chase. You’ve filled this branch with people who never answer the phone, refuse to service customers because they are done for the day and leave at 4 PM. I had the most frustrating experience calling the branch 30 times in a period of 2 hours to confirm I can be helped without getting anyone on the other line, came in during their hours of operation to realize they’ve silenced their phones cause they couldn’t be bothered, witnessed them turning multiple other customers down 15 minutes before the bank’s closing time because they were “done for the day” and being told I need to make an appointment for my need because it would take them “45 minutes”, which, mind you, I would have happily done if someone would have answered the phone! The whole thing is just ridiculous, and as both a Chase customer and an investor, I felt compelled to write this not for other customers, but for people overseeing the branch. It is not reflective of your values as a company and no matter how hard you work on corporate level, if you don’t have people in the front lines who share those values, it is all in vain. This public review could also be avoided if the branch also provided customers with a way of providing feedback that could help you improve, such as manager business cards on site or even a silly suggestion box, but of course your all-star employees here have a solve for that too and offered me to write my feedback on a piece of paper that they would then pass along.
