I had a very disappointing experience at your pharmacy recently. Since my previous CVS closed, my eldest son’s medication was transferred to this location. After picking it up, I asked if my younger son’s prescriptions were also going there.
The staff member, Crystal, was impatient and unhelpful. After I gave my younger son’s name and birthday, she took a personal phone call in front of me, stopped assisting, and then walked away without saying anything.
This felt extremely disrespectful. I understand bad days happen, but customers—especially parents handling medications—deserve basic courtesy. I hope this can be addressed so others don’t go through the same experience.

This is the worst pharmacy to deal with. It seems there is no way to talk to a live person here. 10 minutes of prompts and questions by a machine only to not get to talk to anyone. Extremely disappointing and frustrating. Anything to waste peoples time.
The people there are friendly, though not too well organised for live communication with their customers by phone.

I got balloons Less then a week from here for mothers day . Came back one day before to get helium gas for balloons and theres this Spanish girl and black girl . They were so rude they didn’t put helium . Those are the only balloons cvs is selling . And they said we don’t know if its ours or not . May 10 2025 . One of them was busy with her phone and other was not happy with her job . We have to go to different cvs near by to fill up helium . The Black lady that refused to fill up, was a manager surprisingly.

Very rude and unprofessional. Some of the medications in the aisle are locked in cabinets. Cannot find one person to help open it. I had to go to the cashier where I could find someone to help me and I was told to press the button in the aisle but no one can tell me where the button is. Finally someone comes to open the cabinet and the medication she gives me has a sticker covering the expiration date. I ask her if I can get a different one, she says she is busy helping someone else and cannot help me while she is standing right in front of the cabinet where she could have just given me another one and walks away. Unfortunately I am used to this type of rudeness at this CVS and nothing ever changes because no one cares.

Dirty and the pharmacy is super unprofessional. I’ve been waiting for my prescription for 45 minutes when they told me 10mins. When it was finally ready, they took other people that came way after me. This is unacceptable from CVS. Will be switching.

Right when me and my friends walked into the CVS one of the employees were giving us attitude and told us not to touch the products when we bought A lot of products. We were laughing really quietly and employee told us to apologize to a lady that was near us because we made her “uncomfortable.” we bought a lot a lot of other things and me and my friends were taking pictures with no one else in it and that same point looked my friends in the eye and told her to get out. we didn’t know which aisle to get in and they asked us if we go to school. my other friend heard One of the customers asking for the Manager and saying to kick us out and cursing all because one of my other friends bumped into them. I think that The employee and customer service was very rude just because there was a group of girls with me.

Bad customer service at the pharmacy ..no one comes to attend the customers at the consultation desk no mater how long you stand and wait there until you ask
