Worst pharmacy ever!!!!! Terrible customer service and they are so rude. Nothing is ever right. Run!

The pharmacy at this location is impossible to reach by phone. It took five minutes fighting my way through the automated phone system to even figure out how to get put on hold, then I was on hold for ten minutes before giving up. So I went down to the pharmacy and they were fully staffed with a half dozen people behind the pharmacy counter. Outrageous. CVS FIX YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE. Please treat your customers with at least a sliver of respect. People are calling the pharmacy about issues related to medical care. How can you brush them off like this? So we have to drive to the pharmacy just to ask a question? I called Greenvale Pharmacy next, an old school local/small business, and they answered the phone immediately and were very helpful. Shop there and don't waste your time and money at CVS, to get treated with disrespect and line the pockets of their executives and shareholders.

Awful!! Straight up awful!! The pharmacist is being rude!! The service sucks, the store stinks and the bathroom is straight up nasty!! This store is filled with trash on the floor. Extremely dirty!! Highly do not recommend this CVS!! Clean this store up and clean everything. A lot of health code violations!! Please drive by and go somewhere else. Never coming back again!!

I don't think the pharmacy staff really knows what's going on. Or maybe they have a sort of learned helplessness to say go wait in that other long line and ask someone else... disappointing

super terrible and ridiculous place! I've wait for more than 2 hours for my daughters medicine. I've checked with three staff over there, all of them told me there's nothing comes up yet, just wait for 30 mins maybe, and then another 30mins, and then extra 10mins again!!!!!!!! Finally, one of them told me that they needs to filling the medicine, just wait there and someone will call my name. I just seating there and nobody calling me!!!!! The most ridiculous part is that one guy said: we called your name long ago. ?????!! Oh, wow! "Wonderful job"! Long ago? Called? I'm not deaf! That's fucking ridiculous! They don't even say sorry or do something. Why I need to waste my 2 hrs there just for their terrible job!!!!!!!!!!! One star only because I need to post my review. Jesus! Don't go here, just go anywhere else instead once you have choice. Don't waste your time!

The pharmacy is a nightmare! I had one pharmacist tell me that my flu shot was going to cost $68.....I am on Medicare! I came back another day and it was covered for free. Today I went in for another vaccination and the area where they were providing them looked like this....Filthy dirty tablecloth....empty used vaccine bottle...broken dirty basket with every box of supplies open. I left but not before speaking to the pharmacist on duty and the store manager who didn't seem particularly concerned but apologized.

Made an appointment for covid vaccine and was told shots are not available at the pharmacy. Got a n elderly with disability and young children at home and I came all the way for nothing. Please provide accurate info for customers. Just checking on the cvs website right now and it still shows everything is available. What a joke!
